All: there is no pg bridge view fr this project. if not mistaken, the bridge is located at north east of this project. eventhough if u book unit 7-13, u can't see it too. the bridge view will be block by the big hill behind the pahlawan aprt.
As for the tiles, they can confirm the size but the color not sure. i think this is not the big issue. diffn ppl has diffn taste. they can't fulfil everyone's interest.

below is my own opinion.
Facing pool is not my choice bcos i will feel noisy.....expecially when got kids swim,excited screaming sound is sharp and the building is U shape the echo will reflect inside the building(this is my experience where my fren stay in U shape or facing pool apt no matter how high the floor ......second is the wind and brightness inside house......but the house not yet build still in assuming only....hope everyone get the ideal choices....

for owner units 4 to 12 the house will facing sunset......if u not believe please go to side around 5-6pm u will see where the sunset....dont 100% trust google earth or map bcos earth is in round shape....it will slightly run out of direction
for unit 7- 12 low floor the house will face to face the flat bhind not only lost pricacy and view and also the house is most of the time is dark.....

we need to submit our loan document 1st,this will take 1 week for approve the loan.when ur loan approve,they (banker) will call u for sign the loan offer letter,when u get the offer letter,then only can sign S&P.
So now we need to send out our document for apply the loan.u can jz apply anywhere is free no charges,if they approve ur loan,u still can consider other...

After loan approved, have to sign loan agreement and SPA. can sign loan agreement first or sign loan agreement wth SPA at same time.
PBB and MBB lock-in period will count from full release. it does not included the 3 years construction stage. if the apartment use 3 years to complete, then meaning the lock-in become 8 years. PBB lock-in is 5 years and MBB only 3 years from full release. MBB penalty charge only 2.5% compare to PBB 3 %.(if im not mistaken) within this LOCK-In
period, bank not allow borrower to refinace or discharge the title.
normally ppl will seek for shorter lock-in period. whoes know in the future the interest rate will go lower again? then u can refinance again that time. the lock in period is the restriction for the borrower. dont always compare on the interest rate, u must know which plan is actually suit u. margin is even important. some ppl will look for interest rates, some will look for tenure, some will look for margin, some will look for bonding period. so there is no best plan in the world, only hv suitable plan for each person.
if who is interested in short lock-in period, can find me.. OCBC hv 3 years lock-in period plan. this is good for who wan to get money for renovation after 3 years completion.

i have a suggestion here. Those higher floor buyer can consider apply for 0 legal fees as when the time the construction reach your floor level is more than 1 year or so. Mean u will save on legal fee by doing this.

zoomix, if u r a non-bumi, of course u can't get 11th floor anymore. only floor-17-19 is available for non-bumi now.your request will be KIV lo.no matter what, you may try to walk in lo. buy him some present. mayb he can arrange for you.

Koperasi told me that the extra car park is not included in S&P. I'm not sure whether any changes, but u may try again and let us know.

For those need to know your salary can apply how much of loan, can call Mr.Goh Hock Chin,friendly and very professional...

The time i booked (May), the sales person told me there will be sauna and CCTV each floor, but now they said 'tak tau lagi....belum finalize lagi..' Anyway, although so many 'tak tau lagi', but still almost 90% sold out liao...hahaa

Went to the showroom just now, quite a decent project. Good design and ceiling height. Worth buying whether for investment or own stay, considering good facilities available but unfortunately no budget at this moment. Location not bad too but one drawback is the traffic, esp. the one lead to the main road at PISA going thru traffic light. Stucked there for almost 15 mins for about 150 meter road.
Not sure whether it was due to PC Fair or usual days also like that.
Still got around 30-40 units left. No more extra car park left. Just pay RM500 for booking fee. Only left 15 floor and above. Selling like hot cakes just now.
One more thing the design more or less looks like BL Avenue, dining/kitchen/all rooms except with less one balcony. Not sure both project employed a same designer.
Me now working cannot go over, later sure finish. The show room is which type of layout??
Show room is C type, no more lower floor, the price increase 1k for each higher floor.

each floor increase RM1k. So, at 11th floor should be increased RM6k from RM185k (type A) or RM190k (type b or c).
i think already full for floor 11. now left floor 15-19. floor 18 still got some to choose, due to yesterday when i go for booking. now not sure for that.
Williamyl, There's a market behind Chung Cheng school. Although it was not near.. but.. if ur mom can drive or ride a bike, it will take abt 10min or less to get there. :)

I moved to this area abt 10yrs ago... it was really 'ULU' and hardly can see so many cars around.. Now... getting more n more n jammed every morning... Haiz... NO place to run in PG... Is JAM everywhere...

If for your own stay u will comfortable with it bcos human have a very strong strength to survive in any situation, just the way how u see and feel.Of course for outsider they will said it is far/it is jam but the longer time u stay there u will be know your time to control and avoid jam at wat time or any situation etc....my fren defination that area as SUA TENG i feel funny bcos diff ppl diff view.......back to the basic the more important things is "are you comfortable while stay at home".....
So all of its start from your own......
Anyway the place im stay now is two building in one area total up is 450++ units.
but due to cooperation of owner and developer all is in well maintain not feel pack d.I believe not all people will come out from house on same time kua unless mosquito spray loh hahaha.......but hope they will have a high speed lift like relau vista it is not only make a flow movement smooth and safe time some more there density is low but with 4 high speed lift.......
Lim & Catherine: My mum only have bus number 11.......she dont know drive at all hahaha so thats y when purchase house it must nearby main road......may be i will buy her a bycyle for her ride to pasar.....
