Hijau E-Komuniti is one of the biggest affordable housing scheme in Penang by the Penang Development Corporation (PDC). Hijau E-Komuniti is strategically located in Bandar Cassia, Batu Kawan, Penang.

Hijau E-Komuniti to be developed in stages throughout five phases and is expected to provide 11,800 units of affordable housing for 59,000 residents.

The five phases:-

Phase 2 - Embun
Phase 3 - Bayu
Phase 4 - Senja
Phase 5 - Awan
