Sunny Ville market price is above 260k for 3r/2b. Even 2 rooms type cost more than 200k now. I dont think you can get any unit with a 200k budget.

HI, i'm going to buy an unit in Sunny Ville.

Heard that the Sunny ville underground piping always burst, but can't find
root cause till now. Suspect the land may corrode. Not so sure any of you heard
about that?

Today I followed a broker to Block C to look at a sea view unit and the price is reasonable. He told me sunny ville management has just increased the maintenance fee by 50% and I was surprised by a long list put on a notice board beside the lifts with many unit owners not paying their maintenance fee for long period of time with some amount over 10K. For me I can still afford the maintenance fee but will it be a problem later if so many owners not paying their fees?

Warning: Do not buy units with car park in multistory car park because it is still own by developer Penas. I get to know this too late after purchase a unit in block-c. The new management is doing nothing to solve the problem. The same thing happened to Prangin Mall & E-park with Penas as developer.

I heard E-park got back their car parks. Our Sunny Ville management committee don't even bordered to let us know the true situation, let alone helping us to get back the car parks.

yes Liu you are right, Penas build U-Garden condo, they also own the carpark, the JMB have to fight for so long only manage to get back the carpark, with some condition of course, i heard they flew away the sinking fund :-(

Looks like it is the usual trick for Penas..

Anything we can do to get back our car Park? I hope the other residents of Sunny ville this.

I heard that the old MC of sunny ville has started some legal proceedings to get back the car park but the new MC has not following up on this matter.

I've just received a notice of EGM 2011 from the new MC. They wanted to implement touch & go system, use the Special Fund to repair water piping, fine late payment parcels etc.

No mention of car park problem. Isn't the use of Special Fund is for repair of water tanks and fees for legal actions to get back our car park?

What is the use of touch & go system if we didn't own a car par

The management of Sunny Ville should give priority to the scheduled maintenance of the water supply system and a new coat of paint for the buildings insteasd of the touch n go system. The tap water has lots of rust when turn on every norning or when it is not in use for some time. The buildings need a new scheme of paint to match the modern outlook. The guards at the entry post should be more professionally trained to their job with a human touch. No need to waste money for the touch n go system which can still be subject to abuse. Otherwise, there is no need for management if it is automation.

Albert, disagree with you. All the repairing work need money, by installing the touch n go system, easier for management to block the owner who owe the maintanace fees from coming in to the condo (by car mayb). With this will ensure good money collection on monthly maintanace fee and all the repairing work will come next. Else, we will continue to hear such thing so call "not enaguh fund in sunny ville management". I support for this proposal.

I want my car park back only then I will consider anything the MC proposed. They have increased the management fee by 50% since last year so there shouldn't be any "not enough fund". What is more important? Better management fee collection or unit owners getting back their car parks?
