I'm a resident in DBJ n I will never recommend this place. Neighbours are noisy, kids yelling crying, adults shouting even fighting in the middle of the night and d maintenance office will not do anything. The more you complain, the noisier it gets because d committee members are the culprits. Maintenance supervisor changes so often I could hardly remember their names. Maintenance fee is high n the management is lousy! Next problem is parking space, there are several extra parking lots for rent n it should be rotated every 6 mths so that every unit with 2nd car gets it but no, it never rotates. Extra places are kept for committee members only. Want to buy or rent? Think twice. This place is as good as rifle range flats.
