The location of this project is very strategic but a bit congest with traffic. I think this is what most of the apartments and condos in Penang are facing....

Good news to every owner of Halamn Kristal Block B & C. So far, there is no OC application filling to MPPP yet. I already check with the authority. I dont know what is the explanation of the housing developer.
the state gov want the developer to construct the river at the back. After the construction of the river and the park, they will apply OC.
I give my compliment to the action of Penang State Government. At least, i found a state government who is really care about environment.
Back to the OC issue, why the developer can not explain this reason? I kept sending them email to ask the reason. They never give me any reply.
Until last week one guy from the developer told me that they aim to apply the OC by October.
They always give me empty promise.

Frankly speaking, I am quite worry if there is any incident hiding from us. There is almost 3 years plus of development for this project. Most of my friends who bought the property at the same period already received OC and stay in their apartment for more than 1 year.
Dont you feel strange that the developer never issue any official letter about their late OC application? They never explain unless I sent them email.
I really hope the developer can give us official letter to indicate the reason why the OC obtain late and when is their expected date of getting approval.

I asked developer before, estimate next year Feb get can get OC. Perhaps should organize the meeting for all buyers to understand the status. I asked penang state housing department, they havent applied for the checking status yet.

What is sungai pinang project? But i strongly believe they will hold this issue until after GE. However, I really dont know how is the developer gonna to compensate us. When i ask them, they always ask me to refer the purchase contract about the compensation.

I'm the resident of block A. The painting which was done 2 years ago to the building of block B is now faded. New house is now became an old house now.
i the owner for block B....i agreed the painting become buruk... when can masuk rumah...developer selalu bg alasan...i think as a buyer we must together fight for our right...for blok b and c...let come together look for a correct ans...
I was there when 3 YBs (Jagdeep Singh, Ng Wai Yaik and another one that I forgot his name) were here to give the press conference. According to them, Sungai Pinang drainage problem was due to JPS giving the developer a wrong specification. As such, the fault lies with JPS and they have submitted the issue to JPS and insisted JPS to rectify the error. If I am not mistaken, JPS is under central government. I am not very convinced that they can resolve and rebuild the drain in a month time.
I really hope that this does not turn into a "political" zone and we buyers will surely stand to lose. I strongly support the idea of block B&C buyers coming together to seek resolution.
