HAS THE STRATA BEEN ISSUED? HEARD THAT IT'S BEEN PENDING FOR OVER 20 YEARS. ANY UNITS UNDER RM300K, SINCE BANKS WILL NOT FINANCE AND HAS TO BE CASH PURCHASE?
