What is the price range?
Saw the banner and it says RM660K onwards
all sold except Lot 8 for bumi lot.
Range to 800k+ for bigger lot. averagely 740k.
site surronding no good! not as developer described, end of the road.
behind the site is malay kampung, the motor rider not wearing helment, be carefull not to hit them.

Are you staying in tlk kumbar? My opinion is this is a value for $ property. If i'm not wrong, i couldn't think of any property in Penang island that give such an attractive pricing for such a large land area..

Teluk Kumbar seems to be getting more and more prosperous now.
Teluk Kumbar is really a unique location, a laid back fishing village, yet mix with many modern housing design which is coming up.
Agree with hairy, if you want good location with such big land, the only choices are those older bungalow or semi D at Greenlane and Georgetown. But be prepare to fork out multi million.
Teluk Kumbar is playing catchup game, price went up a lot since last 3 years, but still relatively cheaper than all other area within the Penang island.

Teluk Kumbar is not new to me, i saw it and observe it since 2009, Emerald semi-D sold 580k in 2009, now become 750k quoting by some owners.
I recomment you to loomk for Bt Ferringhi, more prestige and valuable, you still can get Bungalow (3400sq ft +++) for <900k, please go to grab it ....soonest would reach 1mil.
Penang only left bt Feringghi worth to buy, now not one or two years later....

Seem like the project is progressing smoothly. All foundation have been done. Some Viva units are already into the 2nd floor structural construction..looks good for an earlier OC:)

Yes Karina, pls go & buy a rm800k semiD at balik pulau instead, at least there wouldn't be any low cost flat but only forest & cross mountain 'highway'. no offense for BP ppl, but that the SD house price from the latest star property fair..
