This developer has no experience on high rise project. Only landed projects at Kulim. This project is too near to current high rise building. The empty land there is also too narrow and no access from main road. Preferred landed project rather then high rise.
You are wrong actually..From the record of past projects, high-rise projects in Penang Island are shown in its website. Also, have already checked with developer, there will be a direct access to be opened to link traffic directly from Jalan Bukit Gambier into the project. I think it's not right to judge anything at this moment without further info given. The orientation of the project layout is not even provided yet. But, the concept of having low density is hard to find nowadays.
So excited to know there will be a project with low-density is coming up in Minden area...just checked and am informed that the project is located along Lebuh Minden 1, surrounded by the landed White Lily linked houses. Went to the site just now and noticed the project site is fronting a really big access road that stops somehow at the I-Regency condo. I think the barrier that stops ppl from going into the existing road will be opened by the developer. Will definitely check with the developer again...
Just went to the site, this project is actually surrounded by few high rise building namely Palm Pallladium, U-Garden and less than 50 feet with I-Regency as shown in the picture.
Correct me if I am wrong that Palm Palladium and U-Garden are far away from the project site. Yes, you are right, it is just next to I-Regency. Both Palm Palladium and U-Garden are not even that close to each other in reality.
What is the price like? Any idea?

2000sqf with such price tag at that area, you can get White Lily 1 & 2 already, with bigger build up some more.....so it's definitely not a good choice to buy for own stay or invest.
For rich people to buy as a holiday house? This area is not a popular location for holiday..... Not to mention about the view if comparing to those sea front condo...........
Furthermore, Starhill/Arte S/Vona Sky/Raffles Tower are also luxury condo nearby......
In short, I'd say it's hard for The Kew to excel in terms of sale. Unless the standard unit size reduces to ~1000 to 1500sqf to lower down it's selling price. Just my 2 cents : )
Agreed. The developer should consider landed properties instead of condominium at that area. As there are already a lot of high end condominiums within Gambir and Minden Height area.
Agree. 1.4 million? Better buy the landed property nearby that area
i think some of the comment above is but the developer themselves......low dense is everywhere now, after the state govt slash down the ratio. RM1.4mil for a condo that area, is insane!! but if its landed, it will sell like hot cakes.....
