Yes, quite near to cemetery, but no worry, all units balcony facing to straits quay, not facing to the cemetery area.

Something fishy about this project, first the non refundable 10k deposit then the actual sq ft is only 1180, not 1226 as advertised. Plus not all Block B units will get a seaview as promised, and just so you know, 90% of the Block A units all sold out according to the sales peeson, so think twice if u wan to buy.
VST? The whole family consists of blood suckers. They got their wealth from all the stoopid investors who got conned buying their properties.
If you wanna bet your luck on buying a property at such a high price that you are not told of the actual sq ft, the facing of the unit, design of the interior and the actual materials used in the house, then go ahead. I had a good laugh when I look at their sales brochure which consists of a bunch of impressive photos that are only serve as an artist impression and the spec of the unit? -- All written quality tile.....that's all. They are like selling a piece of cake costs 8 dollars.
It is very common for developers not to put in specifics and be very vague in brochures. Because people in Penang buy on artists impression and self imagination...:) That probably explains the current predicament...:)
Reggie, are you sure the deposit is not refundable? Usually if loan not approved, deposit is refundable, isn't it?
