For phase 1, the price for terrace was from RM371k and semi-D was from RM520k. However all sold out. They just launched phase 2 for selling since yesterday, can go and take a look.

Nice and peaceful environment, satisfy with the layout, it's more practical than others (so far from what I'd been surveyed). I'd already purchased one unit ....

Yes, it's relatively further. But I'd done some study on the location. Pinang Village is just 3km away from Botanica CT, where there'll be more infrastructure like international sch, medical centre, resort and Spa in queue for their 10 years development project. There's a college nearby too (ICT). Somemore another developer had also bought a land nearby for future house development. From these points, you can see that the area is potential to become another new township.

The interior design is very Malay style. I do not like it.

Ya, in my opinion this project is too deep inside the BP town. the location for Palmyra is better. It can easily access to Botanical C.T and also Bayan Lepas. The place is strategic because from the Star newspaper, it stated it save our time 10minutes to Bayan Lepas. Thus, in terms of location, Palmyra is more strategic. Anyway, to those who purchase this project, dun regret because like what pgkia said, it will be developed for nextphase. I didnt purchase any projet neither Palmyra nor Pinang Village but i believe BP is the next township of the Pearl of Orient. Thus, let made BP is place for all..
