Condo or flat? Look at design like 20 years back design, remind me Penas and Rich Focus time, NGP Moonlite drawing is really lousy, somemore selling price high like hell! If 1 level consist of 8-10 units, I telling u this is super high density product, buy and die!

Yeah, I agree. This is very "80ish" design. Developer is old fashion and dated. No taste at all. Why would they approve such a design is beyond me.
