Beware! Those Water Park belongs to developer and they plan to open for public. Those Laguna buyers are entitled to access Water Park but shared with public as well. This is stated in SPA.

Alex: in the SPA really mention Water Park will open for public? I would like to remind you: PLEASE do not simply wrote your message at here without any facts and proofs.
Remember!!!
Thanks.

Oh NO… not open for public? This is nightmare! If the info is correct, total of 382 units to sustain a 50,000 sq.ft. water park? How many maintenance free you need to paid per month? Can you last for 30 years for doing this where you are not much time to be in the water?

IF YOU GUYS DO NOT BELIEVE. GET YOUR PROOF & BUY A UNIT. READ YOUR SPA FOR YOURSELF!!! WATER PARK TITLE IS UNDER DEVELOPER & NOT THE RESIDENCES!!!

Hi all.. the sales person did mentioned to me when i visited the show house, the water park "maybe" will open for public. I personally believe it will open for public too. But the for more details you should refer to the the developer and SPA to confirm but not only listen to someone if you really really want to buy one unit there and before sign SPA. So i suggest you all refer back the developer the get the firm answer.

The same goes for Quayside Resort Condominium by E&O. It is stated in the S&P that the water park is only open to selected hotel guests. Not to the public but hotel guests that will be screened before allowing them to enter for a certain amount of fee. All the funds collected will be kept for the maintenance of the water park. At least, E&O is clear about its intentions to share the facilities as part of its objectives in making the water park a success.

I am not too sure about this one though.

Agreed with jeremy, actually in KL area, they already running this concept to prevent some of unwell maintain the facilities(water park),try imagine la,if the water theme park managed by JMB/JMC,they din't have the time, professionalism and what we call experty to managed, who will be the victim??is it some of the simple minded guy flash back this issues,if un-well maintain, the mantainance will be increase and have bear by the unit owner, rite?for my opinion, actually developer managed the water theme park is a good matter to protect us,because they confirmly will maintain the park with well due to a simple reason only, this is "DEVELOPER IMAGE",if they fail to do that, how come the future supporter, rite??I already visited some of luxury properties fair in KL recently, they also use the same concept to protect buyer,so i review back, actually we need to change mind already, dun always be KAMPUNG BOY,and kept the smart mind...P/S: Fastidious person Fastidious houses
Haha..this is my opinion, dun angry lo...(FOR KAMPUNG BOY)

Hi, All
I now making decision which project I should go.
As a result, i drop off this project.

1) I don't want put myself in nightmare of who are going to manage this water park.
(end up spend 200K++ to buy a expensive Flat)
2) Build-up area too small compare to others project (Telaga emas & Dahlia park).
3) I need to make a BIG BIG u-turn if i from Penang island.
4) 382 units is too many for me.

Anyway...this just my opinion on this project.
Just for reference.

Hi all, I have signed up by putting deposite RM5k. Loan application completed and approved. But what I did find out just is that the RM5k is not fully refundable. During the signing up session, it was clearly presented to us that the RM5k booking fee is 100% refundable. Now they claim that it is only RM3.5K refundable after loan application approved, the balance RM1.5K is belongs to the car park(s) booking. I cannot see any deduction from my principle loan amount. I wonder where is the RM1.5k going? Is anyone here face the same conundrum? thanks

If the Water Park is really going to open for public, then it could be really a disaster. Which I think it would be as logically speaking it is simply not cheap to sustain the facilities, definitely not enough just by the mnt fees from owners themselve. If i am paying for the place, it should be exclusive only to me and fellow owners, i cant imagine sharing the same facility with strangers and outsiders from different backgrounds, and simply there is no control and selection over what kind of people would be coming in. If you are looking for rental investment, then i have no comment, maybe you can find tenant who likes his concept. But for own staying, prepare for that risk, go for it if you don't the sharing part.

December 6, 2010 at 4:46 PMUnknown

Hi Johann, i had faced the same problem wif u...i had asked the sales person on tis issue...from their explanation, the deposit RM5000 is refundable.

if u purchase additional car park, RM1,500 hv to pay upon first bank release. u may deduce the RM1,500 frm the RM5000 or u can pay the RM1,500 seperately. it's up to ur decision.

the developer will issue receipt to us if u deduce the RM1,500 for additional car park...

December 7, 2010 at 11:20 PMUnknown

Hi Tupperware, you got the same like me. But this was not mentioned to us before hand right? Somemore the 2nd carpark that we purchase already summed into the principle amount and financed thru the bank! How come there's still RM1500 got to pay and where is this going to pay to? There is no reduction from the principle amount??? Aisay man still blur blur got to go see them and clear thing out soon...

February 24, 2011 at 5:12 PMUnknown

Im interested in buying this project but just worried if there is a gangster contractor around after oc obtained as I alredi have miserable experienced with this previously..

March 2, 2011 at 6:17 PMJohann Ong

Finally the dispute between full or partially refund of my booking fee is settled! It is now a piece of mind and wait for the completion of the building! S&P kautim also. Hi Ong and Kinnly, the S&P signing is currently taking place. We went over to the lawyer office and met quite a number of Palma Laguna's owners. We then stopped by the management office and saw almost 99% seaview units had been occupied! left only the other side of the building, quite a handful still available. As for Orca your concerns about gangsterism...tsk tsk tsk i think it is hard to believe that the civilized citizens could ever do to avoid this..! From the contruction period till the moment you actually living in..just cross you finger and pray hard as you never know you gonna even get one close to you like living right opposite your unit! Now looks who talking the bad example just too bad happened to me!!

I would like to sell mine, but i am not sure what price to sell

September 23, 2015 at 4:11 PMAnonymous

Price between 300-380k..
There is KTM new komuter station 200m from this project.

And new hypermarket Mydin will open soon. I think the price will increase few months later.

Drawback is if from bridge or Seberang Jaya, have to make big U turn at Permatang Pauh roundabout.
Luckily the traffic are smooth.
