Dear Mutiara Height Owners,
I have initiated a meeting up session with our Jelutong MP to discuss on the Jelutong Expressway dumpsite issue. The meeting will probably be held next Friday March 27th, 10am at the KOMTAR office on the 28th Floor.
Jeff noted that it would be great if you guys can turn up in full force to support the cause. The more the better! Lets work together and try to solve this long outstanding environmental issue.
Feel free to share this invite to all your friends who live among the other condos / apartments along the expressway near the dumpsite. I am sure it affects them too hence their support matters greatly as well.

I am the owner of this MH unit. Alert you all,the residents that my van has been ransacked just yesterday and money missing. Called the guards, but they said cannot do anything to catch the theives cz they probably from the residents themselves. Complaints loaded up but no action taken. The security level here still far from excellence,the case still put up not down. Very disappointed!

the last time i'm trying to buy a bumi lot, I was advised not to, bcos my source told me very very difficult to convert.
I think it is in an disadvantage situation for bumi lot holder bcos they can oni sell to bumi, while non-bumi can sell to all, so it translate to less customer to bumi seller which also mean they take longer time to sell out their unit compare to non-bumi. not sure u guys agree or not
