at the middle of the house (dining area), bad design, not suitable for heavy cooking, u don' want to mop the living/dining everytime after cook, right?

675K is for Low Medium Cost units that control by Gov.
My opinion:
1) Bad location, suffer from landslide before
2) Bad developer - e.g. Damai Vista - water leaking on OC. This developer is MONEY ORIENTED. Only know how to maximized profit by cutting down material costing and did not ever put himself into the position as if he is the owner of the house. That's why the layout is not planned properly
3) Bad layout - kitchen at the middle of living room

Came across this blog and saw what has David posted as above, I didn't really bother to visit the showroom until I found out that Damai Vista's market value roses up to 230k and some 240k from it's original price 13xk, it's not right if the material is bad and yet the price able to fetch that value?Was able to reach Suria Vista's showroom at around 3pm and eager to pick a unit and was told fully sold out before lunch and I was late. Still keen to get a unit under waiting list, hope that the developer will give me a call soon as soon as the bumi releases.

RM67,500 (5th-11th floor) is control by the gov, RM116,000 (12th-20th floor) is selling by the developer. I was grabbed the 2nd last unit, selling price at RM118,000 including one indoor car park and floor tiles.

Today went to the site. There was a bad design over the main entrance. I talked to the security guard there, the layout of the main entrance in Suria Vista Apartment will cause future traffic issue and dangerous as well to the residents. The bad design of the main entrance mainly due to The Developer want gain more $$ (Selling more their Car Park) and scarify all residents . Next week i will go to the office get the key, i will complain regarding this…..

RM140K for facing Majestic Heights flats (bad side,price can nego in order sell off unwanted units)...Higher for those facing air itam town,even more if got to see Kek Lok Si temple at higher level can sell RM220K for present time.
what about RM 67500 unit?
Suria Vista apt divided into two type. Floor 1st up to some units in floor 12,is low-cost unit can only allocated by Govt thru Jabatan Perumahan PPinang but some from Flr 12 up to the highest floor,is medium cost with higher price range with upgrade reno. Both having the same sft but different view. To my opinion,units facing Majestic Heights flats is the worst therefore many want sell off at low price as possible. Some at floor 5 also want sell off,as well as those facing bright-orange roof. But the highest one facing Kek Lok Si is the best...
OC has been obtained, just call to ask in the afternoon, now waiting for TNB and PBA only and it should be done in a week or two
