Very strategic place, 5 to 10 minutes driving to all 4 main shopping center and hypermarket. Also close to Chai Leng Park with a lot of deliciuos food. With improve of traffic condition after Penang bridge extension, can be considered by those who do not want to commit >500k for landed house in Penang.
Heard from friend that the price had increased from 288k to 305k.

This piece of property sits in one of the most convenient location in the mainland which many are unaware of. Most buyer from the island got hoodwinked into buying into areas such as Juru, Autocity or Simpang Empat which is too far off and at the end, they have to resell their properties due to the traffic and travelling time.
If you check this are out, you will find out that travelling to almost every place is strategic, 5 major shopping centers which 3 has cineplexes are within 10 minutes drive. Going across to Penang takes about 25 minutes to reach Komtar. And you save a minimum of RM350K which you can use to pay more than 50 years of bridge toll and petrols.

I heard that completion expected by May 2011. Now, utilities have begun work. Even the previously earthen roads are now filled with crusher run and abt to be tarred.

Last price was RM318,000 but no units left by developer except bumi lots. If u want, need to hunt a 2nd hand unit. Btw, the Metro Jelata project engineer also has a unit here, the same row as the club house.
