not worth to buy this apartment since the apartment only have 1 bedroom.
i guess this project target those individual which love LOTS of privacy... not suitable for family though.. :)

Not worth to buy this 1 room Studio apartment, now the sub-sale price at RM285K. Due to economy crisis, they also goreng the price very very high.

Electricity & water are available now. Saw one unit at level-4 already got a lady moved in. One unit at level-2 is being renovated. I believe there're units available for rent. Just that owners are not into blogging I think.
