Hi Sarah,
There are a few in Georgetown such as The Wave and Sandilands, and then there's more around Gurney Drive and Pilau Tikus so it is hard for me to list them all as there are a number of developments but I would say that Sandilands is probably one of the most economically sound development even though it is on the fringes of Georgetown and in an area that has historically not been a very good area. However with the government putting money into the area and in Georgetown itself, it may be cleaned up considerably and for the better.
