the location is just besides Hotel Sri Malaysia, Bayan Baru.

Not bside of Hotel Sri Malaysia. Correct location is bside Arena project and launching shld b end of the year or earlier of next year.
New property is too expensive.

I went to see type C unit few weeks ago. Well the unit layout is nice (1600sqft comes with 3 rooms with 2 bathrooms, very windy and tastefully semi-furnished with good quality materials). I was so happy as i thought i have finally found my dream house till the agent brought me around. To my astonishment, the landscape is horrible!!!The agent brought me to see the swimming pool (i can't remember which floor) which is pathetically small (not as big as shown in the pictures) and the bbq area at the back of the building is terrible!!!It is like an abandoned area and poorly managed. I don't even want to mention the residents carparks. To me, the whole area is more like a low cost flat and yet the unit is selling for RM950k!!!I would rather spend that amount of money to buy from more established developer than this ( i actually never heard of Harta Intan Group before but after seeing this project, well...no thanks)
