August 11, 2009 at 10:56 AMUnknown

September 15, 2009 at 1:50 PM(e+ho)ng

To Koid, Jasmine, stephanie & avinesh:

I am interested in Ocean View but I would like to get your honest feedback since you guys are either Sea View / Park View residents or have purchased a unit in Ocean View.

1. How is the environment there? Based on Wikimapia, I noticed that Harbour Place is quite near to the ferry terminal & I have concern on the air pollution (smoke & smell) emitted by the buses there.

2. I was being informed that the maintenance fees for Ocean View is around RM150 - RM200. Isn't it a little expensive considering the fact that this is situated on the mainland? The current condominium I'm staying in charges around RM150 per month, which is pretty normal since it is located on the island. I was under the impression that things on the mainland should be of lower price since there is plenty of land & space available for development.

September 16, 2009 at 9:23 AMavinesh

I currently hold 2 units in Harbour place. One in Seaview and another in ocean view.Bottom line,it is worthing. My seaview unit is being rented more my than my bank's monthly morgage(empty unit)..what else to asked??

Another point is,in the northen region,we are missing a HUB.This is were Butterworth kicks in.There are plans to make Bwort in to a hub. Therefore you can expect LRT,better roads and new mall around the area pretty soon. This is purely my personal view.We are talking about 10 years time.Besides, all proffesional groups that work in Kulim resides in Harbour place due to the convenience.About the environment, the area is developing,it will take some time before settling down, especially with the "kampung" side of it.It will be gone once other developement takes place.BTW,No bus emission will hit you at the condo even at ground fllor.

Mainteneance fees is on the high side.I agree

September 17, 2009 at 10:03 PMFong

can anyone tell me the price for 938sqf and 1100sqf? also, what is the monthly maintenance fees?

September 19, 2009 at 11:58 PM(e+ho)ng

I just came back from the showroom this morning & here are the requested information:

1. 938sqf is RM214,000 while 1100sqf is RM244,000.
2. Maintenance fees is RM165 for 938sqf and RM195 for 1100sqf.

September 23, 2009 at 9:36 PMFong

hi ng..
thanks for the info.
these units come wit 1 or 2 car park?
still many unit left?

September 24, 2009 at 9:34 AM(e+ho)ng

So far, only the pool side units are available for purchase. The pool side units are either facing Penang island or the Penang Bridge. If we are to exclude these unavailable units (non-pool side), there were around 40 units that are still available for purchase, though most of the good units were already taken. :(

Only 1 car park per unit. They have yet to finalize the price for an extra car park, but it is going to be around RM15K - RM20K. :(

September 24, 2009 at 9:38 PMFong

hi ng..
tks for sharing this info.
i am seriously consider to buy a unit here.

September 25, 2009 at 12:41 PMUnknown

938sqf is RM214,000 while 1100sqf is RM244,000,is it start from bottom?? how bout the facing side? which one is expensive?

September 26, 2009 at 10:50 PM(e+ho)ng

Eh? I thought you had gone to the showroom on 11-AUG-09? Anyway, the price I mentioned starts from the bottom.

The units that were open during my last visit last week are 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14.

Units 1, 2, 3 and 9 are of 1100sqf. The rest (10, 11, 13, 13 and 14) are of 938sqf.

Units 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 face Penang island while units 1, 2 and 3 face the Penang Bridge.

I have their booklet which has more information in it but my scanner is not with me. :( Else, I would have scanned each and every page for you guys.

By the way, I passed by their office today and saw that they were holding a big event with drummers. If I am not mistaken, their last event was the Durian Runtuh Party. PJD is pretty 'eventful' eh?

I am sorry for not informing you of this news earlier. For your information, currently they are having the 8+2 promotion. This means that you will only be required to pay 2% as downpayment and PJD will give you 8% of rebate. The promotion will end somewhere around the Lantern Festival (I am not sure of the exact date) and after that, they will revert back to the old C.H.I.C + Easy program (5+5). It sucks to be rushed but well, that is your only option I guess.

September 28, 2009 at 10:55 AMUnknown

ya i went to,but the price i know is different,so i curious why ur price is so cheap

September 28, 2009 at 5:27 PM(e+ho)ng

How much did they quote you? May I know which floor and what was the unit number?

According to this promotional Youtube clip by MyFM's Jack Lim, the lowest price was RM188,000 in June. :( I really like Ocean View, but the price & maintenance fees give me no choice but to look for somewhere else.

September 28, 2009 at 9:53 PMFong

hi ng..
i read the pjdev offer in newspaper last week but unable to go there bcoz of busy schedule.
by the way, i really like ocean view design..
will seriously consider it..

October 24, 2009 at 11:07 PMYah Wen

bear in mind it's really near a mosque...

but once you get used to it... no problem anymore

November 10, 2009 at 9:11 PM(e+ho)ng

Did anyone went to the roadshow in Sunway Carnival last weekend? PJD has came out with a new Maybank-collaborated-package of 5% downpayment + 95% loan + free 12 months of installment.

My hope of them coming out with better package after the 2% downpayment + 8% waived + 90% loan package went up in smoke. :(

November 12, 2009 at 3:43 AMUnknown

I went there (Sunway Carnival) on the Nov. 6. The price now is from 230k till the highest roughly 320k plus. I wonder a person who can afford it would buy because for the same price, one can get a double-storey terrace or even double storey semi-d. I asked around a few friend (local), they are all giving me same view that they will rather go for landed prop. You ((e+ho)ng ) are right about the Maybank package (perhaps one should further find out whether the package does impose a lock-in period of few years). I asked the staff there about the sold out rate, it was 40% then. Location seems good, but there are plenty of spaces around for development too (it may affect the current view of some units). My kampong (Kampong Serani) was there 20 yrs ago just located beside the Assumption School but all flatten. So regret never take photo when I was staying there, so miss it now. I personally feel that such high-density middle upper-class condo. lifestyle is till too early for a place like B'worth. Hope can hear more views from those local people.

November 25, 2009 at 1:06 AMMingshiMacMac

wow, 230k

December 18, 2009 at 11:24 PMUnknown

December 27, 2009 at 4:45 PMJoyce

cassia new project....with water park facilities....but share with 9XX units residents, just wonder how to control and manage the water park!!

December 27, 2009 at 4:53 PMJoyce

What are the hidden cost?

December 29, 2009 at 3:54 PM(e+ho)ng

Kindly elaborate more on the alleged hidden cost.

Correct me if I am wrong but Pinang Laguna Water Park Condominium is 27 storeys high (bottom 5 floors are carparks) & each floor consists of 16 units. That would be approximately 352 units, not 9XX.

December 30, 2009 at 1:04 PMJoyce

Hi, I agree with you but this is what they told , total development for this Pinang Laguna Water Park is consist with 9XX units and all share with 1 water park,I just wonder how they manage the water park!! please click the link to find out more

December 30, 2009 at 1:28 PMJoyce

I check out Pinang Laguna project site, there's still nothing movement yet some more close to the double track railway and prai industry area, I just scare that later with be the next project like Prai Inai condo, a lot of dust and air pollution from industry park. That's why I choosing Ocean View, please check out more details if you wish to know more about the project.

The master plan for the project included uni, swiss garden hotel and FnB outlets.
Pls don make your decision base on above, as it is a plan only.

Anyway, I also bought a unit few months ago.

January 6, 2010 at 2:31 PMUnknown

January 7, 2010 at 5:04 PMUnknown

i visited their sky loundge and some other project and receive some advice from certain friends and so far Seaview its very nice and very interesting on it, but the maintanence fees are quite high for me.Somemore i called the water park project, the location its nice too and the promotion also quite impressive to me too, any advice ??

January 7, 2010 at 6:19 PMJoyce

Water park project close to railway double track and industry area, if you can accept then is a good project to stay or invest, somemore price cheaper, low maintenance fee and share with 1 water park facilities, just to remind you that don't forget to check with their people regarding the water park because they told to public the water park is share by 9XX units. You can refer to web link that I post before.

January 8, 2010 at 9:44 AMUnknown

Anthony Liew,
Ya i do agree vf wat u say cz my cousin do recently planning to book a unit there(water park) but end up din make it cz after he went to the water park nearby site found out that the location is nearby to the high tension area and railway track.. :(

January 8, 2010 at 9:52 AMUnknown

For me i willing to pay for high maintenance fees as long the facilities that have been provided have been taken good care.In my opinion,to purchase a property is better if v can proceed to TOP DEVELOPER ranking project..
Can u share vf me wat are the promotion and also wat make u feel that u should invest in that project(water park) :)

January 23, 2010 at 6:36 PMUnknown

can anyone tell me now what is the price for this project?

January 25, 2010 at 4:34 PMUnknown

i will say every project has the bad site of it... ocean view also has it's bad.. with the heavy traffic during weekdays and saturday morning till afternoon... n lot of truckers around.. also, contenna... geographically, oceanview is also near to factories area... not much difference from waterpark..

the bad of water park is that they like to comment on other's project and keep saying how good they are... their site is not ready yet... and of course it is located near to the cables lo...

January 25, 2010 at 7:30 PMJoyce

@yoong - Ocean View price now from RM225k (type A), RM265k(type B) onwards.

@dmc - I agreed with you all that not much difference from water park but which project do you think is more near to factories area?

January 26, 2010 at 2:25 PMUnknown

@anthony - of course water park lo. but when i go to their roadshow, they told me oceanview will later block by other projects, just like ocean view or park view... den hor... oceanview just can see cargo terminal only...

January 28, 2010 at 2:53 PMUnknown

thanks Anothony..
look like the price is high ...

In term for my opinion, when i visit the malay food there which near ocean view at the noon time, i got the strange smell from surrounding....so i wonder the smell will pass to the ocean view or not!! besides that, there also near to the factory and port side, so dunno the environment ok or not...

January 28, 2010 at 3:46 PMUnknown

has the project got the permit from MPSP? i think water park has not got it.

January 29, 2010 at 2:12 AMUnknown

yoong, are you one of the employees in water park?

January 31, 2010 at 4:57 PMUnknown

I the new buyer at pinang laguna water park.

How bout you? u r investor or what?

February 1, 2010 at 4:52 PMUnknown

yoong... i was about to be the buyer at water park too... but then when i saw what my friend is facing, i starting to change.. but until now still not very sure which project should i take up. i heard that they will be few projects in BM..

by the way, the way you talk is just like what the water park employees talk. that's why i am curious whether you are their employee or not. the employee from water park also give the same comment..

February 3, 2010 at 11:01 AMUnknown

what i see that u r the employee of ocean view too,
and about the detail what i know from pinang laguna water park sure from the sales person la!!

If not, how can i get the detail??

February 3, 2010 at 11:30 PMUnknown

hi yoong.. thanks for your highly-evaluation on me. i hope i can work with a developer too. gosh! if you got the details from the sales person in water park then u better be aware. my friend is one of the victim. being told that the show unit will be ready by mid of nov or dec last year but until now there's no progress at all.

i have spotted a new project in BM. not knowm by many and started their soft launch later than water park but they have started the construction, the piling is in progress.

February 4, 2010 at 5:59 PMUnknown

R u go Sunway lagoon??is it oso open water park???

February 12, 2010 at 6:52 PMUnknown

How do you know Anthony is going to Sunway Lagoon?

As long as I know, Sunway Lagoon is a open water park and whoever pay for the entrance fees can go to the park. So, that is so called open water park. It is not a private water park.

But, can u confirm that Pinang Laguna Water Park is not going to open for others? As my friend told me, the managemnet of the water park will be under the developer. And, can u confirm that the developer would not make it a open park?

February 16, 2010 at 10:40 PMUnknown

hi! I am back! Please check before you book specially from PJD. They have some internal politic problem that always victimize us the buyer. I would advice you to check with the people or residence in Parkview and Seaview before you buy. I have sold my Parkview with loses! The maintenance fee is the highest in mainland and also all penang except the super condo. The best evaluation is from the residence and do check out the work that the management have done. RUBBISH! and not professional! try walking around the facilities and carpark and u will judge better. Do not worry about the security ....i have sold my unit and surrender my keys for months but i can still drive in. Park my car and go for a swim every week!

February 17, 2010 at 10:15 PMUnknown

Please do not be tempted by the sales tactics. PJD likes to use all those development around to promote purchasers to buy their units. Initially I was also impressed by the plans ... smart schools, colleges, hotel, malls etc. Come to think about it, i have stayed for 3 years there AFTER OC but I do not see any work from PJD to build such infrastructure except building Seaview and now ...Oceanview! To leak more truth, the plans and promises has been changed for alot of times. There is also plans to build low cost flat beside Parkview/ behind Seaview. From the way I see it, PJD is interested to sell and make money after they sell thru the management office. If there is plans to have all infrastructure established, we should seen from our eyes now that there is a school there as the plan is now 7-8 years old!

Just like what I have told you earlier, talk to the people in Parkview and Seaview.

February 18, 2010 at 10:17 AMJoyce

Hi, Joyce!

you have surrender your key to the new buyer and how you drive your car in and park at the parking lot? or either you park at other's people car park lot!! please share and I also want to go for free swimming.......:)

February 18, 2010 at 10:26 AMJoyce

Recently a lot of project coming up in butterworth......Telaga Emas, Carrisa Park, pinang laguna and tambun indah also coming up another high rise in butterworth area....please find out more before you make any decision....

February 18, 2010 at 1:10 PMUnknown

simple, u drive in and honk! security guard will ask and u just say u friend or relative stay there. They will open! as for car park, just park anywhere specially at top floor. Try laa

February 18, 2010 at 10:54 PMUnknown

how u go in to the swimming pool? no door that require access card to enter to the swimming pool?

February 19, 2010 at 10:27 AMJoyce

I went to Sunway Lagoon during CNY but I can't manage to get you there leh.......a lot of people there.....parking also full.....

February 19, 2010 at 10:31 AMJoyce

I won't go Sunway Lagoon again when during Public Holiday......a lot of people la....everything also want to wait la....eat la....play la....changing la....even pay money buy ticket also want to wait....cham!!!

February 19, 2010 at 12:48 PMUnknown

alley, when u can drive in you will get access to level 6 where swimming pool is there. If you are entering using the lift just wait for people to open as all entrance to carpark uses switches. Don't worry about the camera nobody looks at it

February 25, 2010 at 10:02 AMJoyce

Recently the advertisement show RM191,280 onwards, anyone know why?

February 25, 2010 at 10:11 AMUnknown

i do see that advertisement....a lot of streamer and banner is up.but this price really cought me intension alot..if anyone have further info bout that mayb can share up vf me.

February 25, 2010 at 10:11 AMJoyce

I check out the project site before their construction seem like faster than what I expect......maybe we can get our new house earlier...cheer!!!

February 25, 2010 at 9:02 PMsteve

This weekend they have new launching on Type 'Alpha' with early bird discount, rebate and ang pao at RM191,280 onwards.

February 26, 2010 at 11:05 PMUnknown

I smell that there is a few PJD sales people here. SELF PROMOTING

February 26, 2010 at 11:10 PMUnknown

PJD people, when u do business do it with honest. No empty promises! Make sure your internal politics are solved!

February 27, 2010 at 4:44 PMUnknown

i think the new alpha type is facing the town view not penang view or sea view, so is a bit cheaper lo

February 28, 2010 at 3:23 PMUnknown

walau eh, safely i no book a unit at ocean view last time!!!!! the selling price is down so much ah...
last time (early of feb) the selling price is 225k something, now become 191k .....

February 28, 2010 at 8:25 PMUnknown

225k is which floor? facing town also?

February 28, 2010 at 8:33 PMUnknown

cheer meiyee5698~! hope we can get our house earlier~!!!!

February 28, 2010 at 8:58 PMUnknown

the unit open to sell now is town facing.. n of course the price is different with sea (penang island) facing la... the same as your pinang laguna...

but, as you said before.. oceanview has some bad smell from the malay stall.. then how about pinang laguna? would it affected by bad smell from Kao or factory area? it used to have bad smell at seberang jaya swimming pool.. the bad smell coming from penang bridge or factory area wor.

February 28, 2010 at 9:37 PMUnknown

i have bought a unit at level 18, facing east. RM 260K, with 30K discount.
Anyone who is interested to purchase the ocean view ,may put me a introducer
then we will split 50:50 the incentive given to the introducer.

March 5, 2010 at 8:40 AMDave Chow

Can someone tell me the actual environment there?

March 6, 2010 at 5:49 PMUnknown

the point is when we buy the price is rm 235k, then now the selling price have been down to only 191k only, mean we already lost.....

March 7, 2010 at 12:30 PMJoyce

Are u buying this project? I wonder how you lost....haha..I think you're not Ocean View buyer yet! do more survey first la brother then only put comment on people project. you just will let people look down on you only, especially those people who buy or make a good survey on this project. wake up already, bro! :) If you really interested to purchase Ocean View, walk in to the sales office and get more information, please don't forget to put my name (OV-1909)as introducer I will pay back you half of the commission. Forget to tell you something, this project construction already reach 1st floor liao.....good luck to you ya..haha :)

March 7, 2010 at 12:46 PMUnknown

Dear Joyce, guess u really miss Parkview..
Is the swimming pool really that nice- that triggers u to go back every weekend??

March 8, 2010 at 12:21 AMUnknown

i not buy this project, because the time the price is rm235k, more higher then pinang laguna water park, so i buy the pinang laguna water park one!!!

The time i buy the pinang laguna water park, the sales person have tell that sea view will more expensive town view rm5k, so mean i oleli know it.

But for ocean view, the sales person no tell me that the price for town view will down so much!!!!

March 8, 2010 at 2:22 AMUnknown

definitely and obviously yoong is not buying this project.

u can check him out @ pinang laguna project website..

March 8, 2010 at 10:20 AMUnknown

So funny, i have told that i not buy this project at above, u can not read it clearly???

And i have buy a unit at pinang laguna water park condo, because when i meet the sales person before i do the decision, they oleli tell me that the price for town view and seaview only different rm5k, no like ocean view, is totally different so much!!!!

March 8, 2010 at 4:38 PMUnknown

I heard park view need to go through indian kampung before reach the condo? Is that safe?

March 12, 2010 at 1:57 PMcts

the developer used a lot of tricks to attract buyer, some important one are not fullfil, a lot of over commit and after that they will change their sales team e.g. Park View. Please makesure you ask them to put black and white for everythings they committed. A good project no need to do so many "activities". Ask the developer, it's the properly coming with "0" sinking fund? Are they going to use the sinking fund to pay for management office set up? Will the sinking fund started with "negative RM180k"?? the material they use is normal cheap material, park view condo price cannot go up. There are a lot more hidden things need to be very careful before buying the condo.

And also, look at sea view, those units that facing Ocean view, the developer told the buyers that nothing going to block their VIEW. See what is happening now? I heard some buyers not happy with it now.

As for Ocean view, last time remember the developer got intended to build a about 20 stories low cost FLAT at that side. It will be at around the ocean view site, but nearer to jalan assumption. Please check PARCEL 11 at the master plan and ask them give black and white what they going to build there. They may tell you, not sure yet.

Hi All, what Joyce's feedback is right.

Parkview maintenance = 0.16/sqft, sinking fund started with -RM250K (RM180K is used up to furnished the management office). Some more, initiall say got intercom, but only gave 3 wires and glass door with card access (PJD use residence fund to build, costed RM70K). The car park suppose allocated, but the PJD people changed to "voting" but without tell all buyers to vote. SUSPECTED some "corruption" might happen between the PJD management and buyer.

Sea view maintenance = 0.15/sqft. PJD promised some buyers that facing south that nothing going to block their view, but now, Ocean view is there. Who know when you bought ocean view, they soon build a low cost flat near by?

March 12, 2010 at 11:31 PMUnknown

Lu... i don't go there every weekend. Only when I wanted to. The message I am trying to tell you is how screw up the security managed by PJD! The same that is managing seaview now and also oceanview.

March 12, 2010 at 11:33 PMUnknown

Tek.. thanks for telling the truth. U seems to know alot, are you one of the committee?

March 12, 2010 at 11:40 PMUnknown

Tek.. from the way you are saying it... we are not only oweing PJD all the while but still paying them after so many years! Staying at parkview for so many years... i have never seen the account published to the notice. Does this means that PJD are hiding from us?

March 12, 2010 at 11:42 PMUnknown

that day i saw in the star newspaper that there is a girl jump from her appt to the pool naked! Is that parkview? ....someone die before?

March 12, 2010 at 11:43 PMUnknown

all the best oceanview buyers... u will experience what is PJD. A lifetime experience

March 13, 2010 at 12:22 AMcts

I think the girl only injured, still alive.

The account is not transparent to residents. However, you can officially request from the management office and they Must show the audited account to you.

Under new regulation, residents has 6 votes and developer has 1 vote. We got right not to pay them the RM250K as it was illegally spent by the developer without seeking residents or pro-term committee permission. However, the Park View existing President who had dinners with PJD managers for a few times and even travelling to KL with them for whatever reason that i am not sure. I think he is not going to fight for the residents, and he trying to work out something that he called "win-win" situation by paying i think more than half of RM250K to PJD. I think the residents SHOULDN'T pay a single cent. The agreement between the committee was suppose to call a EGM and let all the residents to decide whether to pay back or not, however he seems don't agree and some committees doesn't really care much. He want to do this without awareness of the residents. There is only reason i can think off why he don't want to let residents know and decide...........

If things are so bad as you say, how come nobody go and lodge a report with MACC yet?

Surely the one responsible for misusing your money needs to pay for his/her "crimes"?

Don't tell me you don't trust MACC/Police?

I have heard from my colleague who is a Park View owner... during the AGM last year (if not mistaken)... not more than 20 residents show up. And those who never show up belong to 3 categories:

1) Never bother
2) Busy
3) Never pay maintenance

So, there are many "virtual" table thumping and foot stomping here in this website, but I believe your voice will be heard and your stand made known IF you actually turn up during the AGM.

March 15, 2010 at 1:34 PMcts

I don't want to mention what i did so far or what are the efforts i have paid and I don't want to simply make any accusation here.

You just ask your "colleague" to clarify if what i mentioned about the "misuse" of RM250 from the developer WITHOUT seeking APPROVAL from residents/pro-term committee is true or not. As far as i remember, there is never account statement being published through the resident notice board as what most of other apartments did.

Maybe you give me your colleague's contact and i can contact him/her directly.

People will judge if this is true or not.

March 15, 2010 at 1:43 PMcts

Did the RM250K issue brought out during last year AGM? I remember it was not. I got to know after the AGM.

I knoew from other channel as the issue did not make it public for all residents to know. Not sure if the committee try to hide or what. If your "colleague" want to clarify, a good chance to do so now, i suggest your "colleague" just post the account statement in the notice board and call a EGM and let residents vote whether we should pay the developer or not.

Hi guyz,...i got a info from the office people said that the total completion of this harbour place project it's takes 15 year(Start from 2002).
Do you all think it will completed on 2017?

As i can see the progress now is just got park view & seaview after 8 years.(2010)

Must be a very good patient people only can afford to buy park view i think...
After 8 years, still have the chance to see a colorful jungle.

March 24, 2010 at 8:56 AMcts

Looking at how difficult they tried to sell their Sea View and now Ocean View residents. You'll know how "good" the developer is. I doubt they will complete everything on 2017.

March 28, 2010 at 10:21 PMUnknown

after they complete oceanview, next is will be another condo and that's it. They have earn enough from the investment. All the school, college, medical, smart school, stupid school, all the nice words and selling point will STOP! PJD only want to earn money!

Government should apply a stricter Housing act and strong enforcement to protect house buyers. Until today, we are still seeing various type of misleading marketing strategies that were applied by developers to lure potential buyers. Existing housing act doesn't seems able to effectively stop developers from giving empty promises.

The more reputable developer will be more professional in advertising their products as compared to other.

At the end of the day, it's up to us, a house buyer to judge which property will suit the best of our need. It's up to us to judge what information we should and shouldn't believe. We must keep in our mind that most developers just want to get their deal done and sign of S&P as soon as possible. After that, everything will be too late. Talking to as many as possible existing buyers is always one of the best thing to do before buying a house.

From what i understand, you must be VERY VERY CAREFUL if you want to buy PJD properties.

April 2, 2010 at 8:57 AMUnknown

I must say that not must be VERY CAREFUL but AVOID PJD projects. I bought a place here 5 years ago and stayed for 2 years plus and sold WITH LOSES!

During my stay here....alot of story and mismanagement observed. To tell the truth, PJD is into profit. Go and have a look at Parkview now. A run down place awaits to be downgraded to a low cost flat. I have lost more than 10K (without lawyer fee), I take it as a lesson not to buy from PJD anymore. I find it a waste as the area got potential but developed by such a developer.

April 10, 2010 at 11:03 PMUnknown

I would like to say that PJD is not that bad as commented by some of you.
I have just received the full refund of the Ocean View booking fee after I have decided to call off the purchase.

April 14, 2010 at 3:42 PMSteven

Please update or comments more/ details on this projects....I'm so interesting to invest.

April 20, 2010 at 12:15 AMAnonymous

Did anyone here had to sign a waiver for the developer to get a bridging loan using your condo to complete ocean view. Is this normal. What does it exactly mean

April 21, 2010 at 2:30 PMAnonymous

Recommend you use your own lawyer.
Using developer's free legal services will require you to sign a WAIVER OF REPRESENTATION.

June 20, 2010 at 3:20 PMcts

Recommended you think twice or more before buying. There are a lot of developers in Butterowrth area. The prices of Harbour Place condos are definitly at high side. Worst thing, the developer is from KL and after completed their projects, they may just run back and don't care about what reputation, customer loyalty in Butterworth. You can started notice what they did to Park View buyer when launch Sea View, and now, same destiny on Sea View owner when they launch Ocean view. The housing price can't go up because PJD always give better offer in their new projects because the existing projects are definitely overpriced.

I bet, PJD will do few more "launching/fnctions" before they sold "ALL" their ocean view. They allocated a lot of funds for marketing, and buyer have to pay the expensive price with low cost house quality material. I guess at least 5 or more until they declared the house are sold.

July 15, 2010 at 2:41 AMVanness

Hi, i'm feel interested to invest Ocean View. How is the progress nwadays? And the price still maintain RM200k++??

July 25, 2010 at 10:30 PMUnknown

Vanness.... throw ur money along the prai river. maybe there is some valua back or just stop promoting something worthless.... if u all interested to buy. Why not have a chat with the residence from parkview or seaview

September 23, 2010 at 11:41 PMcts

look at park view, after 5 years, no money to get proffesional to repaint the condominum, ended up, do all unproffesional jobs. Where those money go? with the highest maintenance fee rate in butterworth, where are the money?

The problems on park view started to surface out. The developer will do whatever way to cover it up until they got all their properties sold.
