270k out of budget. looking for around 200 - 220k.
200-220K was the launching price. With this budget, you may get Gambier Height with fully renovation.
Other option is E-park, Sunny Ville.

the built up is 900..the units all are 700sq.feet,the 200 sq.feet,is the front entrance space and maybe the outside balcony space..in s&p document..its only 700sq.feet

advice to buyer for own stay, search around first, some developer , with the help from property investor and agent , are very good in playing with the price.
be carefull if you are buying for own stay, look at the unit, think deeply what really you want , you need , then look again you pocket , think and think , then decide. No harm to have a look on more places

I would prefer u-place than desa air mas as u-place is a low density apartment,quite clean,facilities are ok,and depending on the floor,u can get sea-view.
U-place is only 900sq.feet,its much smaller than desa air mas,so its great if ur moving with a single or couple.

1) However, the properties has been 4 years now.
2) the crack by this unlucky owner looks serious for item 2) Others i think is minor, and I dont experience it either.

3 units on the 8th floor was broken into yesterday (7 Feb 12). What is the management going to do about this? How will they prevent this thing from happening again? Is there a problem with our security? Please give your suggestions to the management on how we can improve the security at Plaza Ivory, so that we can feel safe at our own homes.
I heard the strata title has been recently issued. Best is oust the current lacklustre Robert Bench Management and the residents form own management committee. That way the residents can maximise the management fee for self interests such as increasing quality of security.
