Yes agreed with you. A few nights ago I went to see and noticed that the place is rather dark on those facing the sea and many people gather there just to "lepak" and it seems very unsafe at nite.
Somemore the car park space they provide is very short and narrow.
It is not a good place for such a price.
When there yesterday to checkout the Summer Place and The Spring. Really quite, only a handful of houses occupied. Many put up ads for sales. Economy downturn really kicked in hard on Penang properties.
hi Joanna, the car park space u are talking about is not really as per ur description! Nautilus bay has car garage at the back of the unit. If u have 3rd car, then yes maybe u can park infront of ur house like there is one unit has red beattle infront, but perhaps in their garage has 2 cars.

looks like the price of this property is dropping from time to time. When the project is launched, it is almost the same time as E & O Terrace House. Today E & O Terrace House subsale price almost touching 1 mil. But look at this... something has gone wrong...
Funny thing is that the land is flat but the developer purposely elevated the building floor level thus resulting the internal layout like a mini Kek Lok Si pagoda ... occupier has to climb and climb and climb.
Hearsay 1 family renovated the house nicely, moved in but after a few months moved out and want to sell the house. Say something concern the smell... must be rubbish smell.

Passed by this area last week. The area was full of foreign workers in the evening. Where are they coming from?
It is a joke ? This house can fetch 1.3M (fat hope)? Lots of units are still vacant, and due to so many foreign workers in the vicinity area, this housing estate becomes very unsafe for staying. I have had thought of getting one unit 2 years ago, luckily I did not buy.
if buyer can exit at original price is already a blessing. poor design, low cost environment, and at times the place stink! 1.3mil - better buy Seri Tg Pinang as these property continue to appreciate every year
I always see foreign workers and local teenagers wandering in the Nautilus Bay area. The teenagers are playing kite, bicyle, motorcycle like nobody's land. i really think it is a big inconvenience and irritate the residents. Am sure it affects the property price.
by the way, the local teenagers I referred to are obviously not staying in the Nautilus Bay. probably from the squatters around.
Failure project from IJM in term of design and title.
Nobody dare call the cop rgd kite problems. The best solution pls get the cop drop by especially 6-7pm. Alot of youngest or gangster surrounding there catching KITE.

As i know most of the owners here are cash rich people or Dato.
to improve the environment and security of nautilus bay, it will be good if it can be a guarded community, i m not sure if it can be done. something like the setia pearl island project, where the developer put up fencing and recruits guards etc, and owner takes over it with little fee to pay every month. it will help to eliminate the kite issues and bring up the value. but i think we owner can cooperate and get a group of house owners to form committee like setia pearl island, and discuss with ijm to invest some money to put up the fence and employ guard for 1 or 2 years, then committee takes over later, it will definitely helps. i m sure ijm also got few units left. it is the lease hold property, ijm just speculated that they about to get the freehold status few years back when they launched the property, it was the dirty way of marketing. they are not going to convert to freehold as it will cost them about 100 gran for a unit for the conversion. the above are just my 2 cents...need no dissapointed, need no angry, and need no condemn on my comments..
