This property is not in front of the Desa Golf. This is near the SHELL/PETRONAS station in RELAU. As I know, the show house is developing now. Not yet open for viewing.
i like the architectural design, very modern and practical. Especially the living halll....wow elegant.
I think they are constructing the showhouse. Huge building man! But who knows when open for viewing?

relau is congested during peak hour at the T junction heading PISA/Bkt Jambul. Another thing the nice landscaping garden was crowded with nearby resident, which a lil eyesore.
double volume living is impressive. but the design is just an interior design. location is seriously a major drawback.
The building size is big compared to Setia Pearl Island 2 1/2 storey. And the house internal finishes is good quality.
The place is convenient cause the market and shops are just walking distance.

I thnk shld be 3rd qtr of 2010 looking at the progress now. go and hv a look, the house is quite complete without much renov. needed after moving in except furniture. All Aircond pts c/w conceal piping ready and plaster ceiling done. The bathrooms c/w nice basin and counter top. Lv the top floor most especially the bathroom with outdoor garden.

After reading comments, went with aunt last sunday at about 4pm. No jam from farlim house to relau using paya terubong way. Wow, nice n big lor!! Initially, i worry 3-storey will be a pblm for aunt but she comfortable with stairs steps and railings height. Keep on walking up n down, planning this room for so and so when got money to buy house
New project "Taman Relau Mutiara" launch somewhere around there. Right now there got 3 new projects (Setia Vista, Taman Relau Mutiara & Sentral Green), which one more worth to buy? Any expert please advise.
of course Taman Relau Mutiara.Because layout plan is nice,environment good,the price is effortable,the external is so modern.
relau mutiara is just next to the centralised huge sewerage treatment plant for Relau area. i saw the brochure, the front view is not really modern, a bit too bulky and unmatched with the stack stones.
How to go to Taman Relau Mutiara ?? I only know how to go Sentral Greens cos there's signage for me to follow.
Traffic light you turn in and Sentral Green on your left hand side and Relau Mutiara just opposite of Sentral Green (on your right hand side).

Went there in the evening. Road a bit jam and narrow cause both sides parking by visitors to Metro Park.
And there are so many block of apartment there sharing the same road to Lebuh Relau. Hope the developer can improve the situation.

I think Setia vista will be better choice although it is a bit deep in and hill land, but Setia Vista house is a bit small i think.
I agreed with you Tan, I prefer Setia Vista or Sentral Greens. As we know both Setia and DNP are public listed company and any one have any idea about the Relau Mutiara developer background? Reliable or what is the pass track record
just found out that Sentral Greens provide conceal underground cable. Its better than Setia P Island which have all wiring exposed. The whole scheme will be fenced up and guarded too with a guard house.

But the developer said it's not guarded + fenced. What's the real answer. This there a lane at the back yard? Cause it is different from their building plan.
I went to see the house, not really impressed me. The width is too short, it makes the master room long and not wide. Very difficult to position your bed and TV.
The overall appearance looked like a normal terrace,nothing more. It doesn't give people a very grand look.
Someone commented their staircase better in quality, but the wood platform can be easily get scratch and will look ugly. However, their staircase rail is better quality.
The rooms behind is very small, not up to my expectation. Giving a choice, for a 768K house, this is not a good investment. Further to that, the surrounding is full of bangladeshi and indos, and the traffic at the exit road will be worst after Setia Vista completed. They had sold off about 30% only, completion date will be 1 year from now.
One more thing, they use sand bricks, behind of the house has not green area.
This area is surrounded by Low Cost flat and hawker food centre. It is convenienced but a bit dirty...many flies, Sentral green is too near to it. You can't expect green and fresh air. If you used to visit this area, it is not only crowded by local people, but Vietnamese and Bangla.
Not worth to buy as it locates not only a very jam traffic area but also surrounded by low cost flat which may affect the price in future. I stayed there before and I do not like the place especially heavy traffic.
Think wisely before invest.

Joe, if your unit is bumi releast lot at progress of 80% completion, definately will be much expensive.Just compared Southbay residence at launch time only 768k, bumi releast lot jumped to 960k for intermediate unit.

no doubt with your description on the current situation... but i do foresee as what ooi - things will start getting improve in the coming years... anyway, low cost apartment is everywhere but relau population is still a Chinese dominant... i don't feel any serious safety issue with that location.
You can see an increased in foreigner is because few housing project are running. Those are their workers.
Mind you only 1 out of 3 apartment there is low cost. Marina tower 140k aint low cost.

Opposite PB bank, 10 mins driving distance to wet market and Queensbay, easy access to Jelutong freeway, many options of school , primary n secondary and lot of kindergarten nearby.
My existing house (Boon Siew) is just across the road from Venice.I did considered Venice, but dropped it. Reason price much higher, closed to million. Workmanship/material/design can't compete to SG. Of course location wise very strategic as I also staying there. Main reason for my pick to SG on 1st row which stand chance to be converted to commecial in future.
