- It became dirty within few weeks upon occupying by the residents.
- Residents are allow to throw rubbish and split inside the lifts.
- Can find out few mamak mini stores at ground floor.
- Parking is base on first come first serve basis, building is covering by a lousy fence.
- Simply parking by motorcycle.
- non friendly renovation workers at the showroom units
- The guard at guard house is seems like take "blind salary", don't has any checking when outsiders are entering the compound. (what kind of 24 hours security? stupid)
- Don't has children playground
- Rm400 for fully furnished and lesser for non-furnished.
