RM3.6M nia.. I wonder if it is more worth it to get a property in Jesselton or Pulau Tikus instead with that kind of price.

Comparing with the D'Residence by PDC near Queensbay, do you think this is a better location or better buy?
one sits on solid land while the other one sits on reclaimed land. for long term, legenda@southbay has a better bet.
quality wise, i have visited d'residence. don't seem to be of high-end finishes. if were to benchmark mahsing's existing project, ie residence@southbay, i have more confidence towards legenda@southbay.
features wise, one with personal pool & private lift, one without. moreover, i prefer gated community with state-of-the-art security to add layers of security for my family.
so anyone know how the selling progress? what is the % of sold out units now?
I like the design of Legenda bunglow.. Got private swimming pool and lift in the house but high maintenance also.. The unique design n look more style than D'residence.. If got show unit for legenda plz inform me, i really love to hav a look at the show unit.. Look fantastic with designer touch n more idea for us also to deco our house although not as big as legenda bunglow.. Really Love It..
not for sale yet, still under the upgrading package....this is one of the best bangalow in Penang. I wish I can own one...

This is an exclusive bungalow. I like the design which is very futuristic which we can't find any other in the island. Price from RM3.6mil is a bit high for me, but study further, it worth that price as it comes with big land size and large built-up + plenty of features including a clubhouse with 2 acres park for the residents only. Really wish if I can own one. Heard that MS going to launch it in July. Already register with them. Hope they will come up with another good property for the Penangites.

Maintenance is 700 per month excluding pool, lift maintenance, so easily more than 1k maintenance a month, not worth the investment as tokway in penang are prudent and calculative, will not buy this although they hv the money, you'll need to sell to angmoh or singaporean to make money which is difficult nowadays. But definitely my choice for stay but not for investment
