Minden place design and floor layout looks far better than this project.
Still no progress and just an empty land already start selling and collect money?
Yet the price so expensive compare to Minden Place, ridiculous.
BSG land area sitting on slope. Not 100% useable
Furthermore, circulation of space not practical. Minden Residence can park 4 cars.

guys...minden residence is right behind minden place (this is the semi-detached 3 storey bungalows recently completed. BSG project is located behind the double-storey link houses along the road that leads to U-grds.

I had live U-Gdn area there for close to 4 years....the BSG project had been kickoff for site clearing for >2 years, but I see no progress for long time, is that BSG project being call off? The site behind the double-storey link house had been cleared and no continue work.
On adjacent site, The hilly slope opposite the road had been cleared and land fill to create a "highland" on a flat land, this is somewhat dangerous. Imagine if the highland collapsed, sure the first link house next to it will get hit badly, and the only road going into U-Gdn/Taman Utama Flat/Minden Place semi-D, Palm Palladium condo/Palm Residence bungalow will get cut off.....imagine the consequences.
hi KS...yes they started clearing the place sometime ago then concentrated on creating the artificial "highland" across the road.I wonder how they managed to get approval ...?imagine the retaining wall collapsing and yes the house just behind the "hill"...value sudah turun la..who would want to buy?...macam macam pon boleh.

How is the response and take up rate for this project? Sounds like the property market in Penang is starting to face an oversupply, especially in landed and medium to high cost properties.
Which Minden Residence is the original one? Why got 2 projects with the same name but different location & developer? BTW, how much is the BSG Minden Residence selling price? Must be very crazy again huh???
