dont u know meh..sinking fund "disappeared" years ago...residents committee made police report/complaints...as usual nothing happened...u grd is getting too noisy and becoming like low cost apartment...all sorts of people renting...also arab families...noise, shouting kids running all over the place

Do not rent B-6-8, the landlord is an idiot, she collect utilities deposit from you for electricity and water bill, but when you move out, even you pay all the bills, she will deduct cleaning, service air cond, bed sheet, service fan etc etc until no money left for you. So tenant, boycott this landlord.

I can see a mild cooling down in U-Garden prices. I've been following the price trends in mudah.my

In the 3rd quarter of 2011, many units were selling at 300k or above. Some with 2 carparks even tried to sell at 350k.

Now I can see many prices are posted around 250-290k, with the term "nego" attached to it.

Recently purchased a unit but having BIG problem in getting the title from the previous developer. As informed, the company no longer here and it moved to new company. Basically, the people still same just the company name changed but is lousy as after 1 month, they still cannot locate the strata title. The S&P months ago but lawyer cannot proceed to due no strata title from the developer and cannot proceed the transaction now.
