hi to all buyer

did anyone of you receive the OC letter stated you can collect the TNB and PDA form?

did you all satisfied with house address,
example the parcel no. you purchase is 8-08 but what suprise me was the real house you will get is 7 floor, and the house no will be 7-08.

how come, anyone of you facing this problem?

i feel dissappointed and cheated because i was not been told when i purchase the house that the parcel no and the floor will be degraded.

as what the vendor told me they start to count the floor from the parking area, if this the case why my house no is still different from the the parcel no, just as example 8-08 is such nice no but have to change to 7-08. since 7-08 is a 8floor as what they said.

it making me confuse.
is like i buying a toyota but they give me honda.

did anyone of you facing this problem?

Yes, we all have the same problem about the unit & parcel number. Anybody knows one of the owner will convert their unit into daily or weekly apartment? This will certain trigger the safety.

Hi, if not mistaken, one of the owner in Kelisa Heights has about 10 units. Few he plans to sell. Few he plans to rent out on weekly or daily basics. If anyone can hop in & out of our shared property, don't you think that we no longer feel secure?

most of it will rent to tourist most probably.
yeap you right it will no longer secure.

but that owner have the right we cant do anything, but that owner have to mantain really carefully else who wanna rent the unit.

i just hope each person (included all resident) hop in and out behave and take care the whole property carefully that will make the whole enviroment more better and more better future.

The owner with the 10 units is actually the original land owner. Airmas 'paid' him with the units instead of cash.

in the layout, the second toilet looks like will not have window.
how did the developer channel the air out from the toilet ah? esp when you do big business time?

lt, thanks ah, but i got a further question, if i see in the layout the wall surrounding the toilet is kitchen and bedroom, so if the ventilation fan suck air from toilet, hoe they expel it ah?

i actually planning to get a property from same developer but and the layout is like that so i curious how they will install the ventilation fan.

Webster, very observent. :) I went back to check on my aprt n just realised that the the vent fan is venting the air into a vent well about 1x2 feet build between the room and the bathroom.

If the vent fan not working, you can always go SSF and buy one of those tea candles and burn away the Buthane in the jamban
