I visited the promotion boot in Queensbay mall Maybank yesterday. The selling price is 598K. The developer was selling 23 unit DST. There is some discount for early bird booking during the promotion. Almost all are booked. There is phase 2 in near future.
The design is quick attractive with the balcony and tall ceiling. It is made of red clay bricks. The construction is going at the site.
There project is just opposite the Taman Awam Metropolitan Relau, a nice garden for relax, exercise and jogging.
It is so much cheeper compare to Setia Vista....

I heard from the developer that the show house is ready and will lauch the 2nd phase this weekend. We should drop in and have a look.
heard that 1st phase buyers managed to buy at 580K only with special discount at queensbay. 2nd phase was sold out for intermediate units at around 608k. a different of 28k within a month!
Even then, the 2nd phase sell was so good that it was fully booked within the initial few hours of lauuching of the DST. There must be some points that attracted the buyers...
I feel disappointed with Setia Vista because the bedroom is so small although the build in area is also (20x70)and looks attractive.

Definitely Taman Relau Mutiara is a better option than the Setia Vista. I have visited both the show house of setia vista. The DST of setia vista is not worth the money paid.

The developer gave 100% assurance that they have obtained the permission from city council to relocate the sewerage palnt to elsewhere.
Does anyone get the same info?
I did not know about the relocation of sewerage plant coz i never thought it was possible. it would be good if they can do that. However, i wonder if it is that easy to relocate to any nearby location.
Today, i finally visited DST of setia vista showroom and am glad that taman relau mutiara (TRM) was a better deal. But there was no show room for the current phase 3 & 4 launching. Setia Vista built up area was smaller although the land area 20x70 was about the same. However, it has 10 ft backyard..if you like to have little garden or do whatever extension you like!
Of course if we put in the additional money for doing extension for the 10 ft backyark for DST of Setia Vista will be nice. How much to spend for this? 50k or more? That additional cost will be equal to the Setia Pearl island 3 storey.
Anyway, the Taman Relau Mutiara has 5 ft backyard as well for the extension if needed.
I do hope the sewerage plant is a reality. Hopefully the developer did not give empty promise.
The Metropolitan park just nice for jogging in the morning or evening. It is public and free. No maintence fee.
May i know is Koleftif waive any fees and how many % need to be pay upon SnP ?

TRM is just in front of Metropolitan Park. After turn in from the main road traffic light, just make a right turn when the Sentral Green is on your left. Go straight towards the end and you will see the first two almost completed DST on your left.

Phase 1 and 2 had already sold out, may be except for the corner unit. May need to wait for Phase 3 with additional backyard land and of course more expensive.

Good news after visiting the Penang International Property fair.
The narrow road with the trafic lights in the T junction of Pekan Relau is going to be widened soon due to up coming Condominium project.
The project location is quite okay. but the only worry is ppl coming for exercise and the surrounding apartment cars owner that will jam up the whole service road. if u have 2 cars is fine. but if u need to park 3 cars, this is a point for consideration.
I tried to visit the site, have to dodge tons of car... both side of the road are filled with car and bas kilang.
Anyway left 2 units corner.. 79x and 89x
