Great place, its more than 10 years old but looks less than that. Excellent location and no problem to get food anytime even by walking. Low density. Where to get nowadays.

Flash floods in Penang
The car park of Sri Saujana apartment in Sungai Dua, Penang, was submerged with water rising to the car roof after a downpour caused flash floods in several low-lying areas and snarling traffic Saturday.
It always happen in sri saujana, the flood is so serious that it almost reach the roof of car park!!!
No wonder so many owner want to sell it. Luckily i do not buy this early this year, even RM 200k i also wont buy now.
is the flood always happen in Sri Saujana carpark?
What does it take is the flood happens once in every 3 year. It becomes a blakclisted flood prone condo.
The price will definitely drop.

i see.. the condo shown in the news was Sri Saujana being affected by the flood. it seems quite serious....
how about Desa Airmas/Desa U, are those being affected lightly? any comments to share?
the flood only happens to the carpark near the pool. carpark near lobby entrance is unaffected. the flooding only happens if USM release water from the retention pond.
Anyhow, people buy for rental income. Better price now with the flood trauma but it will always correct to market price due to location.
So the USM lake view is not for free after all,... cost of the view is potential flooding hahaha.
the drain which direct the flow of water out of the pond from USM is under construction for enlarging now.
it's going to wider and deeper, hopefully will solve the problem of the overflowing of USM pond to Sri Saujana.
