Sekarang tak boleh launch lagi sebab "murah" sangat. Tunggu bila dah MAHAL sikit baru boleh launch.
Already launched from 12-17 february at QB mall. 1st day itself already almost fully booked. If not mistaken i think the price range starts from rm428k onwards? Anyone can confirm? However the layout still hasn't come out.
Anyone made booking? How's the reputation of the developer?
Wonder if its worth investing since the loan will start while it's being built and not after.
