Considering to buy a garden unit either 1800 or 2100sf - and would like to know :
1/ Any owner like to let go his/her unit and price?
2/From which floor onwards this type of garden unit is located?
3/ Will the OHM project block this particular floor view?

Does anyone know what is this surveyor fees $500?
Does it sound reasonable that buyer need to pay this $500 as developer get surveyor to work on car park allocation?
Nothing is reasonable with Ivory, they will charge you as they like once you sign the agreement. And refuse to release the keys till you pay every single cents.
Need some help and advise here - If S&P agreement made&signed on 30Sep2010, and stamped on 05Oct2010, do i entitle to claim liquidated damages if VP is 07Oct2013 per claim by ivory? How many days delayed shall I claim? Should calculate from the date of S&P agreement made&sign or stamped? Or i am not entitle to claim....did anyone facing this situation as well?

OHM developer will built mostly 3 storey houses and maybe only construct one condominium I was told.For condo,I'm not so sure.

Just careful with the developer.....Before buying they can tell beautiful story but after buying was a different story.....
For claim, you can claim from the date that you signed S n P with developer. After signing S n P, you need to be stamp within a month.
If developer issued VP late, you can claim 10% of your full amount you purchase divided by 365 days. Its better to hire a lawyer to do it.

Do not engage with IVAN DESIGN for anyone of you who is looking for ID. BAD WORKMANSHIP!! Everyone that see his work before comment the same thing! BAD WORKMANSHIP! BAD QUALITY! Do even take a look at his own show house and you'll see for yourself!
This IVAN DESIGN is operating illegally from unit A-9-6 using residential unit for commercial purpose, MPPP and Ivory has issued a warning letter to the unit owner to remove the big advertisement banner, but seems like the owner refused to do so as the big banner is still there. With the POOR WORKMANSHIP and BAD QUALITY and EXPENSIVE PRICE, I strongly advise owners to stay away from this company!

luckily i desided not to hire him as my home designer.
