(槟岛西南区28日讯)新公寓午夜坠楼疑案死者林爱妮灵魂附身陌生女子诉冤情?

生前从事美发店生意的死者林爱妮,是于去年11月在双溪赖一栋新建公寓不幸坠楼身亡。事发前,爱妮是由前男友载到该公寓。由于这起坠楼案的案情可疑,警方曾扣查她的前男友,不过较后警方释放了她的前男友。

不料,这起事件在相隔两个多月后,竟在峇都茅一间神庙,传出林爱妮灵魂附身陌生女子道冤情事件。这名被附身的李姓女子,也是从事美发店生意,据称与林爱妮前世有段因缘,因此林爱妮的灵魂“借助”了李小姐与家人对话,诉说她的悲惨际遇。

据了解,李小姐之前感到身子不舒服,于是就到峇都茅一间住家式神坛问事。不料,死者的灵魂就附身要求李氏找其母亲,表示要交代一些事。“她”第一次上李小姐的身是上个星期四。之后,李氏通过一名销售员联络上死者的哥哥。

然后,死者家人于本星期一到该间神坛,与死者对话。据了解,爱妮第二次附身李小姐约15分钟,“她”一上身就嚎啕大哭,向母亲哭喊“没法报恩”。本报记者向林爱妮的家人求证这事件时,其家人向本报证实这事件,但不愿加以详谈爱妮附身时的谈话内容。

至于该名被附身的李小姐,也向记者证实经历了这离奇事件。

法事不完善 无法进家门

据爱妮的家人透露,爱妮附身李姓女子后曾哭诉,由于之前的法事做得不完善,导致“她”无法进家门。

“她哭得很凄厉,指说法事做得不完善,导致她返家无门。”

家人续说,“她”也要求家人再做过法事,再将功德回向给她,以让她能顺利回家。另一方面,据李氏女子透露,当晚爱妮“借助”她的身躯与家人见面后,她在晚间睡觉时竟梦见爱妮出现在她眼前,还不断握着她的手向她道谢。

被附身后跪在地上哭

这宗奇事是于本星期一发生。据悉,她一上身,就直接跪在地上哭得相当凄惨,而家人则抱着她不断说些安慰的话。

之后,她的情绪才稍微平复下来,坐在椅上与家人讲话。

来自威北打西汝咯平安村的爱妮,数年前独自一人来槟岛做理发师谋生。她于去年11月20日被发现离奇坠楼。

死者被发现时脸部尽毁,根本无法辨认。 不过姐姐之后发现尸体脚上有一道疤痕,因而认出爱妮的身分。

起初担心对方家人不信

李小姐说,她起初还很担心对方家人不信她的话,毕竟她与其家属根本是互不相识。还好,销售员朋友最终成功联络上死者的哥哥。

据悉,死者已“跟随”李小姐好多天,直至她到神坛问事才附身。

死者的家属及亲友,一行约20多人于昨晚在青草巷一间佛堂求道,功德回向给她。

具阴阳眼男子看见 死者出现李小姐楼下

一名具有阴阳眼的男子看见死者出现在李小姐店屋的楼下,向似要“求助”。同时也随着她上车回家。原本女子的脸部是看不清楚的,直至其家属于昨晚求道后,当她进入李小姐的梦境时,始看清她的脸孔,并能感受到她内心的开心。

阿姨证实附身事件 将把过程转告警方

林爱妮在第一次附身李姓女子时,向庙宇负责人道出自己的遭遇及身份,并指自己死得很冤枉,并要见父母亲。

当时,也有一名美发销售员知道林爱妮的事件,于是将事情转告爱妮的家属。林爱妮的家人于本周一下午4时许到庙宇会见李姓女子,在他们走进寺庙后,该名女子就突然变成另个人,大哭一场,接着跪下及拥抱爱妮的双亲诉苦,指她死得很冤枉。

林爱妮阿姨郑玉珍接受《光华日报》询问时,证实爱妮附身事件,但是她不愿多谈附身谈话的内容。

她说,外甥女死得不明不白,至今警方的调查报告仍未公布,让家人都不知所措。她说,早前有致电向警方追问查案进展,不过没有下文。

虽然这些离奇事件不符科学说法及不足成为证据,说出来也不会有人相信,不过林爱妮的家属,还是会把附身过程谈话的内容转告警方。

nothing to worry if you are not the one doing ..., but ofcourse whether you feel comfortable or not to stay in ir is depend on individual background.
Hope the police will clear all the doubts soon.

The thing that the owners need to worry is the strata title issue , the buliding that built not following the actual approved plan. The potential owners should thinks WHY the government reject strata title application.

No matter at the end the strata title aprrove or not , the potential owner must know that the building was not built 100% base on the plan.
Why you need to take extra RISK to buy ir at sky high price . If 300K then may be you can consider to take the extra RISK.

Some people are just troublemakers or potential buyers trying to drive the price down using lies and slanders, so that they can buy cheap. Sometimes, they are just sellers. You can pretty much see from the way they write. Some pretend to be sellers who condemn their own unit that they are supposedly putting on sale. If you think about it, would sellers jeopardize themselves?

IR the ONLY property has Strata title issue? First of all, this property yet to celebrate its 1st Anniversary after OC and we’re talking about the title. Come on. Still early to talk about it lah. Those troublemakers busybodies out there, go after those condos OC for years and yet to get Strata title. They will be happy to accept you or even take you to be part of committee to fight for the title. Make yourself useful by doing so.

Watch out on the S&P... The S&P area size does not match what it claims to be. Per understanding, OC obtain is base on original floor plan that with area size as in S&P. The developer then renovate to bigger area size beyond what it claims in S&P after the OC obtain. Just curious this renovation is agains law? Are those extended area really belongs to the owner? Or it is coridor area that being claim back but eventually not belongs to owner?
