Architectural gems specially designed for family bonding and interaction with nature

Embrace serene living amidst lush green surroundings at the Pine Sanctuary, a one-of-a-kind community development in Paya Terubong, Penang, by the Lone Pine Group of Companies.

Located in the heart of a growing township, it will be built over several phases, with Phase 1 comprising over 100 units of three-storey linked semi-villas with generous built-up areas ranging from 3,800sq ft to 4,460sq ft.

According to the group’s marketing and corporate affairs general manager Mabel Ooi, units had been meticulously designed to provide spacious and functional living areas for both small and big families.

Each six-storey block will house four units. They come with five bedrooms (four with attached bathrooms), spacious lobby and living room, store room, dry and wet kitchens, terrace, balconies and porch for two vehicles.

“The location provides us with an opportunity to utilise innovative engineering and architectural designs. Each unit embraces and enhances the freehold land upon which it sits.

“Our commitment to greenery and landscaping results in a serene environment ideal for family bonding and interaction between friends, neighbours and nature,” Ooi said, adding that the gated and guarded community is set to be completed in 2016.

There are natural streams and pathways meandering through the modern and luxurious neighbourhood where residents can engage in invigorating recreational and leisure activities.

“Pine Sanctuary is where multiple generations are able to live, work, learn and play for years to come. It is poised to be the premier development that transforms Paya Terubong into one of the most livable suburbs on Penang island,” she added.

For its opening registration, Ooi said the group would be offering attractive homeownership packages with low booking fees. There will be no legal fee for the Sale and Purchase Agreement.

Meanwhile, the group’s flagship development on the island’s northern coast, 1 Tanjong now rises majestically over the Tanjung Bungah skyline. Tower B is set to be completed by the end of this year, and Tower A by mid-2014.

Many of the 147 units, including one of the 18,600sq ft top super penthouse, have been taken up by well-heeled buyers from both locally and abroad.

The other two layouts available in the twin 41-story blocks are the typical unit measuring 4,760sq ft and the penthouse at 9,500sq ft. Due to their orientations, residents enjoy 270-degree views of the sea and hills.

Ooi believed the project’s exclusive and prestigious concept, strategic sea-fronting location and green building features were all sought-after attributes for home owners and investors.

Facilities at 1 Tanjong include an infinity swimming pool with cabanas, outdoor spa pool, kids’ pool and playroom, landscaped tropical garden, gymnasium, wellness centre, tennis and badminton courts, relaxation room, reading room, lounge and audio room, barbecue area and a multi-purpose hall.
