Affordable upscale living in the sky

SP Setia Bhd makes owning your dream home easier and more rewarding with its hugely popular Setia 4U Reward and Setia 4U Home Plan, available at the upcoming Star Property Fair 2013.

The Setia 4U Reward is an introducer programme offered to all who register their interest for the renowned developer’s upcoming Setia Sky Vista project, with SP Setia (Property North) general manager Khoo Teck Chong urging visitors to visit the company’s booth to find out more.

Meanwhile, the Setia 4U Home Plan ensures that ‘property in a class of their own, are now easier than ever to own’.

Packages include low down payments, interest-free credit card instalment plan, attractive rebates, free maintenance fees and more.

There will also be early bird packages for the eagerly anticipated Setia Sky Vista, a soon-to-be launched development in Relau, Penang. Luxuriously affordable, they afford dwellers elevated living amidst verdant surroundings.

Set amidst rolling hills, the 32 and 27-storey towers will contain 426 units available in four layouts ranging in size from 973sq ft to 2,141sq ft. These come with two or three bedrooms, and cater to various family sizes and lifestyle needs.

“The towers will sit on a high platform overlooking the skyline of Sungai Ara. Behind them are lush greens. The project embodies the concept of living by the hills,” Khoo pointed out.

Despite its billing as a luxurious high-rise residence, indicative prices start from just RM500,000 onwards, making it one of the most affordable developments of its kind on the land-scarce island.

“The rising prices of property are a main concern for Penangites. Prices for similar developments like this in surrounding areas would be in the RM600,000 to RM700,000 range.

“This makes the Setia Sky Vista ideal for those seeking affordability. And with our rewards and easy homeownership programmes, buyers can enjoy even more perks,” he said.

The development features a myriad of innovative, recreational and lifestyle facilities spread on different levels of the building, which are designed with the needs of families and children in mind.

Besides a state-of-the-art gym, residents can also work out in the unique aqua gym, believed to be the first in Penang. An infinity pool atop the car park podium is where one can enjoy a good soak and gaze out upon breathtaking vistas.

There is also a sauna, wading pool, foot spa pool and Jacuzzi while the barbecue area and function halls are great for gatherings or parties. Youngsters are bound to enjoy the water volcano and children’s stream play area.

The Setia Sky Vista’s two towering blocks are linked by a sky bridge on level 18, which also features a yoga area, viewing deck and landscaped gardens. In a swathe of green between the building and hills, there are jogging and reflexology tracks.

True to its name, each unit affords residents stunning views of the southwestern Penang skyline from every living hall and bedroom – all of which are complete with quality finishings and fittings.

“Units are also complete with air conditioning and hot water system, negating the need for tedious renovation works. They are ready for buyers to move in,” Khoo said of the project, which is designed by a prominent Singaporean architecture firm.

On the northern part of the island, the company is opening up the second tower of its signature Setia V Residences for sale. Situated on the very last piece of prime land along Gurney Drive, the project is billed as a ‘seafront sanctuary in the sky’.

Units within the 33-storey Tower B would feature smaller units (in comparison to Tower A) with four spacious and functional layouts ranging in size from 1,400sq ft to 1,800sq ft. There are only four units each floor.

“These are catered to a different market – both locals and foreigners who wish to own a prestigious property along Penang’s famous waterfront promenade but can’t afford the larger units, or simply do not need such a big space,” Khoo emphasised.

Residents in Tower B of the freehold super luxury condo will still enjoy panoramic views of the city skyline and the sea. Units come furnished with built-in wardrobes, kitchen cabinets and appliances as well as air-conditioning units.

Besides the 11 levels of six-star sea-facing facilities, there will also be ‘sky facilities’ on the roof top of Tower B, including an aqua gym, sky lounge and viewing deck. Indicative prices start from RM1.7mil onwards.

Those seeking bigger spaces may opt for units in the 48-storey Tower A instead, with built-up areas ranging from 2,624sq ft to 4,118sq ft. The project also features a five-tier security system.

The Setia 4U Home Plan will be applicable to the Setia V Residences as well as the company’s other ongoing projects to be featured during the fair.

These include the Setia Tri-Angle, a mixed development consisting of low-rise condominiums, retail shops and office suites, 35 Pearl Villas which feature 3½-storey zero lot units and Setia Greens three-storey semi-detached units.

To find out more about the attractive packages, visit SP Setia at booths M1 and M2 in Gurney Plaza during the Star Property Fair from Thursday to Sunday.
