Affordable homes in gated community

The Tambun Indah Group has embarked on yet another lavish residential development in the growing township of Simpang Ampat in Seberang Prai.

Optimally situated near the Bukit Tambun North-South Highway interchange and the upcoming Second Bridge, Pearl Garden offers a strata-titled gated community lifestyle with swimming pool facilities.

Group manager Teh Theng Theng said the double-storey terrace and semi-detached houses were affordably priced at RM242,000 and RM371,000 respectively.

“We are offering purchasers a flexible payment scheme of only RM1,000 down payment and monthly instalments of RM400,” she said, adding the project was targeted for completion end of next year.

She said the scheme, along with another project, Juru Heights, would be showcased at the Star Property Fair 2010.

Teh said the first phase of Juru Heights, near Auto-City, comprised 350 gated bungalows and terrace houses which had all been sold out.

The final phase featuring bungalows in seven designs is targeted for completion this year.

She said the bungalows were affordably priced from RM520,000 and a limited number of units were still available.

The group will also promote its Impian Residence in Alma (Bukit Mertajam) and Dahlia Park condominium in Butterworth at the three-day fair. - The Star

Was told the completion for Pearl Garden will be at the end of 2012. However, if the targeted completed is due end of next year (at least a vacant possession), that will be a great news for the buyers!
