RM50,000 rebate for three-storey shop offices

Purchasers of three-storey shop offices at Sunway Prima, Bayan Lepas, Penang, will enjoy a RM50,000 rebate during the three-day The Star Property & Home Fair 2008.

Sunway City Bhd general manager Yong Leng Kee said there were 21 units of three-storey shop offices with a gross built-up area of 3,889 sq ft from RM950,000, and 13 units of three-storey shop offices with a gross built-up area of 4,506 sq ft from RM1.55mil.

“Among Sunway Prima’s unique selling points are that it is a freehold and landed property with individual title, and it has a strategic location and easy accessibility,” said Yong.

He said the development, which was fully undertaken by Sunway City’s subsidiary Sunway Grand Sdn Bhd (SGSB), was located near the Free Trade Zone, within proximity to established residential and commercial areas in Bayan Baru.

“This development has road frontage to Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, that leads to the Penang International Airport, and it also connects to the nearby Penang Bridge.

“It is also accessible via Jalan Mayang Pasir, which connects to Jalan Tengah in Bayan Baru, and is just within five minutes to the Sunshine Square departmental store and the hub of Bayan Baru,” he said.

Another exhibitor is DNP Land Sdn Bhd, which will showcase its latest Sentral Greens project in Relau, Penang, that is now open for registration.

DNP Land marketing manager Joe Ang said this project, comprising 52 units of three-storey terrace and two semi-detached homes, offers luxurious and serene living in a peaceful environment surrounded by nature.

“These homes feature aesthetic and modern architectural facades and designs, and are located within walking distance of an 11-acre state metropolitan park and 150 acres of forest reserve,” he said.

He said that adjacent to Sentral Greens was a 1.6-acre rejuvenation garden, with facilities such as a reflexology path, children’s playground, tai-chi exercise square and therapeutic plaza.

Ang said the architecture of Sentral Greens maximised energy efficiency by letting in natural sunlight.

“The unit consists of five bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms,” said Ang, adding that construction work would begin next month and finish in 2010.
