Ivory Properties Group is giving a 5% discount for its residential units at The Star Property and Home Fair 2008 beginning today.
Group executive director Datuk Seri Nazir Ariff said the discount would be given to those making the purchase on the spot.
“They can also enjoy free legal fees on Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) and loan agreement as well,” he said when met at his office in Birch House on Jalan Datuk Keramat.
Among the projects that will be promoted during the three-day fair is the RM1bil mixed development Penang Times Square.
Group marketing manager Michael Wong said the whole project was divided into four phases.
At the heart of the development is a public open plaza called Urban Square meant for community gatherings and celebrations.
“Surrounding Urban Square will be more than 1,000 residential units, about 300 retail lots, anchor and mini-anchor tenants, a cineplex, an exhibition and convention centre, a proposed five-star hotel and a unique heritage and cultural centre,” he said.
Currently, Wong said the development focused on the first two phases – Birch The Plaza and Birch Regency.
“Birch The Plaza is scheduled for completion by end of this year. There are only a few residential units left.
“As for the second phase Birch Regency comprising 359 condominium units, 70% have been sold.
“Birch Regency is selling fast because each unit, priced from RM390,000, offers scenic straits view of Penang and the mainland,” he said.
In addition to Penang Times Square, Wong said Ivory’s other ongoing projects are Moonlight Bay and Island Resort in Batu Ferringhi.
He said Moonlight Bay featured unique hillside villas and condominium villas with scenic hill environment and panoramic sea view.
Priced from RM2.7mil each, there are five types of villa designs with built-up areas ranging from 3,800 sq ft to 5,500 sq ft.
Construction work is in progress and scheduled for completion by end of 2010.
As for Island Resort, the condominiums are spacious and luxurious with unobstructed seaview.
Each unit is priced from RM499,800 and offers living spaces from 1,100 sq ft to 3,200 sq ft.
More than 90 exhibitors will showcase their properties, home financing packages and home related products at nearly 200 booths at the fair which will be open from noon to 8pm from today till Sunday. Admission is free.
