really? when u get the update info? i was told by the sale person last few week, they said the master room is not with the sliding door but with normal "open" windows, which mean u cannot walk out the master rooms' "balcony"..its specific for the aircond's motor..how true is that?
Actually when i buy, i din ask anything also about the tiling or electircal thing.. haha.. just when go into the showroom feel nice and the price is suitable to me and make the purchase.
And last week i went there again to ask for more thing and the sales girl tell me all type of layout also will change to sliding door for master bedroom and there will be a small balcony there , can someone go and clarify again ??.. but this week only i will sign the S&P
Just now Reka Indah Sales Person call me again to confirm the date and time for me to sign the S&P.
I also ask the sales person again izzit really layout type E & F also will be include in changing the Master Bed Room to Sliding Window Door for the balcony and her answer is YES... this is a good news to us although the balcony is small.. haha.. actually the aircond motor we can place it out of the Bedroom 2.

ermm my main reason is the entrance from mainroad is too small some more is single lane. And when traffic jam that time the resident of BL and BLVD will so so hard go out. Just imagine when Gaint, Melody and All Session Park is done... it was around 2000unit extra (include BL and BLVD) at that row....( u know la, penang ppl see yellow light d and infront is jam oso wil drive the car and block in the middle of the road....)
If the IN/OUT design is nice nice i think i wil not withdraw... This is what i think lah....

erm... below is wat i copy from the OCBC Loan Offer letter
(a) 0% pa on daily rests for the first one (1) year from the date of the first drawdown OR until 30-Sep-2010, whichever is the earlier ("the First Year");
(b) BLR - 2% pa on daily rests for the next (4) years;
(c) thereafter at BLR - 2.3% pa on daily rests until fully settled ("the Subsequent Years")

I been to BLVD sales office yesterday...thursday, that is about 4 to 6 buyer are enquiry about this projec..all of Type c unit are sold out..left lot of type d most type d is in east wing..but it stil take 3 years to complete..so i think this is a great project for staying & investing..RID is not a developer like IJM...Got big name and lot of success project that able to attract ppl to buy(ppl event Q from 3am when the spring is launch)...so i believe all the buyer of BLVD dint make a mistake to buy this project..jz hope that this project wont stop half-way...touch woodssssssss........

Somehow, I was told by a resident of BLG that RID did not really make the things happen. and that is why I'm gathering all the BLVD buyers to sit down all together to discuss how this could be prevent.
Next week friday night we are planning to visits BLG residents directly to understand more about their current situation. So that we can gain knowledge from them to prevent this happening to us and in the mean time we BLVD, BLA and BLG residents fight together to improved the situations such as setting up the Poles at the exit and entry at BL traffic lights.
I would believe that, if any of RID ppl here reading at this forum. I would like to tell them that MAKE US PROUD with your very first CONDO project in Penang island and I can said that it will impressed alot alot of buyers and investors on RID if their very first CONDO project is a success with all the BLVD, BLA and BLG residents talking to others ppl about the pros of RID and not the cons. :)

The previous complaint was to make the RID management open their ear on the market feedback..
Least but not less, they did revise the MF fees, upgrade the house structure, upgrade their
website to become more fancy and so on..
It shown that RID MANAGEMENT did take serious on their FIRST CONDO "BLVD" project..
No doubt, RID was a NEW comer in these RED SEA.. Everyone knew well IJM, BELLVIEW..
But, who is RID..?? What is RID if compare with IJM and BELLVIEW..
My thought, RID shouldn't ONLY think of profitable biz, they will need to use up
these project as their base to enhance their ORGANIZATION name, by build us a
SUPER CONDO, which equip with HI-TECH facilities, breathtaking panoramic garden,
high-class lighting and etc.
Let other competitor know tht RID also stand and able to build a GOOD CONDO..

Just to share on previous my survey on BL HILL and BL Garden issue.. may be right and may be wrong..
Under Traffic Upgrade Topic:-
1) RID management will need to seek for goverment approval as to change the trafic light squence in front of the entrance to BL AVENUE side..
If the main T junction along that link to Lorong Batu Lanchang become GREEN, the trafic light in the entrance to BL Avenue should be GREEN as well..
2) It wil be much better if RID management able to set up additional street pole at the trafic from Farlim to Jln Thean Teik side as to prevent other car slot in
Under Structure Upgrade Topic :-
1) The staircase area, RID previously use the metal frame, rather than normal glass window..
Metal frame look DARK.. luckily RID had changed to Glass Window -> Wil be more light coming from outside.. GOOD :P
2) On the walking area in BL Garden the two concrete fench was too high.. if not mistaken was 7 feet.. so dark.. BLVD feedback tht they has noticed on it and wil change to 5 feet for BLVD.. GOOD :P

My unit is at level 14, price is RM273,400, before discount. I took the last unit of South Wing Type D. Not sure how many unit left, but saw not many left for South Wing, quite a few left for the "garden view" of East Wing, i think maybe due to the direction of facing to the west.

I believe that u take that is the cornet unit and it is more expensive bcoz the bedroom 3 window is face to outside and also the drying area also facing outside so that u can dry ur clothes at there compare to those center unit which our bedroom 3 and drying area is facing the corridor. For me is easy, where can you find a condominium with 11ft high ceiling, 2 cover car park, almost full facilities, safer security concern (Mat Rempit, Robbery and etc), built on a solid rock hill, at the reasonable price and etc...
Refer to older post on and you will have clear mind to it...

If yes, is that possible the "grave-view" will be unclear if the unit is at medium floor? If not, What about South Wing's view? For my opinion, as long as you are above 10th floor, i believe that you won't be able to seen clearly. Unless you use telescope. :D jkjk.
Don't forget that, BLVD is built on the top of the hill, so unless you purposely head down then you will see the graveyard.

Actually, at the current time RID had set up the showroom on the building itself...I think that what Tan meant by saying "on actual size" because sometimes showroom being set up using sand block rather than use bricks...
For me, the new showroom really nice fit for the price, I've been investing on the property in Penang, quite a competitive market price throughout Penang.
ya, the show unit at 10th floor, u can see RID workmanship are good, and the view are superb.
Oh yes. I visited the new showroom, seems like the materials and tiles they used are nice and good quality. I love the door and tiles that they provide, which we do not need to change much in the future. Very nice showroom and nice view from there! Add on for this project: State government has already announced their traffic improvement plans on this area! What a news for Boulevard Condo!!
