There will be a property and home fair contest sponsored by IJM Properties which is offering fabulous prizes such as a LCD television and other electrical appliances.
Besides property auctions, which will be conducted by a licensed auctioneer, there will also be talks and forums to provide potential buyers with useful tips on many topics including property investment, financial packages, legal commitments and property taxation.
More than 50 exhibitors taking up nearly 200 booths will showcase and offer best deals for their property, home financing packages and home related products at the fair.
The three-day fair will open from noon to 8pm. Admission is free.
