Condo buyers chill out by the pool in future home

A group of condominium unit owners had a unique opportunity to enjoy a Chinese New Year pool party at their condo.

Their future home is about six months away from completion but that did not stop the owners from converging at The Clovers in Sungai Ara, Penang, to delight in the pool area.

Joining them at the pool party were a team from developer Asia Green and prospective condo buyers.

The owners and guests tucked into delectable dishes and danced the night away to music dished out by Korean DJ Soda.

Many children played in the pool and potential buyers headed to the fully-furnished show units to check them out.

Asia Green creative director Mei Tan said The Clovers would be completed ahead of schedule.

“The project was originally supposed to be completed in October this year but I believe it will now be finished by June,” she said at the pool party.

“We just have the final touches to do now.

“The quality of the place is exceeding expectations. The final product will be of much more value.”

The Clovers is one of Asia Green’s maiden lifestyle projects and it features a slew of enticing features.

They include two covered lifts going directly to the units to ensure privacy and safety.

The Clovers consists of three 42-storey towers.

Facilities include a gymnasium , forest walk, half-basketball court, games room, study, children’s play area and children’s lap and leisure pools.

A limited number of units are still available.

They range from 1,598sq ft to 2,900sq ft and sell from RM780,000 to RM1.4mil.
