Guests looking at a scale model of the Eco Bloom project after the opening of the show units in Simpang Ampat, Penang.
Home buyers, especially first- timers, are encouraged to visit the Eco Bloom condominium show units by Eco World Development Group Bhd located in Jalan Paboi, Simpang Ampat, Nibong Tebal.
All three types of show units – Type A (802sq ft) with two bedrooms, Type B (901sq ft) and Type C (1,101sq ft) both with three bedrooms – are now open for viewing at the show gallery.
Prices of the units start from RM388,000 and 490 units will be built in a 33-storey mixed residential-commercial block located on a 4.86-acre (1.96ha) plot within the 59-acre (23.8ha) Eco Meadows project.
The Eco Bloom residential units are split into two wings and residents can enjoy facilities like a swimming pool, gym, jogging track, BBQ area, multi-purpose court, multi-purpose hall and children’s playground.
Two-storey shoplots of 23 units will be situated below the tower.
Facing the Eco Bloom commercial lots will be the 23,000sq ft Bloom Garden for al fresco dining and leisure.
Speaking at the opening of the show units, Eco World Penang general manager Khoo Teck Chong said the Eco Bloom project with a gross development value of RM283mil would feature neo-royalty architectural designs similar to that of Eco Meadows.
The designs will reflects the timeless beauty of English royal homes.
“We are extremely excited to unveil our show units showcasing innovative concepts for our customers.
“Eco Bloom is the first high-rise development on mainland Penang to carry modern English architecture designs.
“With the successful take-up rate for Phase 1 of Eco Meadows, we are confident that the response will be positive for Eco Bloom as the English theme has been proven to be a crowd favourite.
“Construction should commence once we obtain the advertising permit and developer licence by August.
“The project is expected to be completed in three years,” said Khoo at the ceremony on Sunday.
Visitors at the launch were treated to a sumptuous buffet lunch and dance performances by eight lions and a dragon.
