Landed and high-rise options in up-and-coming neighbourhoods

The latest components of Tambun Indah Group’s flagship township development, Pearl City in south Seberang Prai, caters to a broad spectrum of buyers.

Those hunting for lavish yet reasonably priced homes can check them out at the Star Property Fair 2016 to be held at Sunway Carnival Mall in Seberang Jaya.

The company’s sales and marketing manager Khor Ghee Young said Raintree Park 2 offered 426 double-storey terrace and semi-detached units priced from RM478,000 and RM588,000 respectively.

The terraces have living spaces of 22ft x 40ft while the semi-detached homes are more spacious at 21ft x 45ft.

“Residents can enjoy a modern lifestyle with ample leisure facilities like a swimming pool and children’s wading pool,” he said of the freehold strata-titled gated community.

Khor said those seeking affordable landed property might also consider Pearl Tropika which has 278 double-storey terrace and semi-detached units priced from RM428,000 and RM568,000 respectively.

The terraces have built-ups of 20ft x 36.5ft while semi-detached units are measured at 22ft x 45ft.

Both projects’ terrace houses come with four bedrooms while the semi-ds have 4+1. Pearl Tropika’s show house is set to be launched in May.

Also under construction is Avenue Garden featuring a pair of 17-storey high-rise blocks housing 312 contemporary suites sized from 775sq ft to 1,163sq ft.

“Prices start from RM268,000, making them an attractive deal for singles and young couples.

“The units come in two or three bedroom configurations and the project also has ample lifestyle amenities that cater to the various demands of home owners today,” said Khor.

Construction for Pearl Tropika, Raintree Park 2 and Avenue Garden are all ongoing and set for completion in early, mid and end of 2018 respectively.

To date, around half of the available units have been sold.

Khor said Pearl City offered an excellent location well-connected to major townships like Bukit Mertajam, Butterworth and Juru Auto-City as well as industrial areas like the Penang Science Park and Bukit Minyak Industrial Park.

In addition, more prominent developments like IKEA and the Design Village are also coming up in nearby Batu Kawan.

Also within close proximity are popular F&B outlets, retail shops, the GEMS International School and Pearl City Mall which will soon open.

“Demand for property here has been positive from the start, given the good infrastructure and ample facilities,” Khor said.
