IJM Land Bhd’s latest developments on Penang island and the mainland should appeal to discerning homeowners and investors who seek the finer things in life.

These include Trehaus and The Address in Bukit Jambul, as well as Permatang Sanctuary in Bukit Mertajam, all of which come with appealing lifestyle concepts.

Trehaus evokes the feel of wholesome countryside living, with swathes of greenery surrounding its modern and stylish homes.

Currently under construction on an elevated plot along the Bukit Jambul millionaires row, the low-density enclave will have 46 condo villas and 26 units of two and three-storey semi-detached villas.

The condos are sized at 1,657sq ft and have 3+1 rooms, with facilities like a swimming pool, gym, barbecue area, jogging track, community hall, private lifts and home automation system.

They will be launched sometime in the third quarter of this year, and should fetch prices starting from RM1.4mil onwards.

The semi-detached units came onto the market last year, and around 30% have been sold to date. Offering built-ups from 2,997sq ft to 3,291sq ft, with 4+1 rooms, their prices range from RM2.3mil onwards.

Located in the vicinity, near the Bukit Jambul Golf Club, is The Address, which is completed with Certificate of Compliance and Completion (CCC) obtained. It comprises 124 boutique condos and 24 duplex lofts.

Only limited units of the duplex lofts remain available, with prices going from RM1.7mil onwards. A show unit is available for viewing by appointment.

The upper level lofts are 2,315sq ft, while the lower ones measure in at 2,476sq ft and come with a private Jacuzzi as well as direct pool access.

The development, designed to offer exclusive boutique living, has an equally excellent array of lifestyle facilities. Its strategic location also affords easy access to various amenities and places of interest.

IJM Land is also featuring Phase 3 of its Permatang Sanctuary. Known as Sanctuary Residence, it comprises 218 units of two-storey link semi-Ds, semi-Ds and bungalows, with built-up areas ranging from 1,773sq ft to 2,151sq ft.

These are split into Phase 3A, which was launched last September and enjoyed a take-up rate of 70%, and Phase 3B launched recently in January. Prices for the homes start from RM629,000 onwards.

Buyers seeking an immediate move-in property may consider its Phase 2 with 130 units of Sanctuary Villas, which are already completed with CCC obtained.

Limited numbers of its two-storey link bungalows, with built-ups of between 2,787sq ft and 2,861sq ft, are still available with price tags of RM833,000 onwards.

The overall development, sprawled over 100 acres, is conceptualised as an idyllic eco-sanctuary with beautiful landscapes for a healthy and serene living environment.

At the award-winning The Light Waterfront Penang, there are limited units of the already completed The Light Collection III, and under construction The Light Collection IV, still available.

The former has duplex townhouses and condominiums sized from 3,143sq ft and 2,174sq ft onwards respectively. In the latter are condominiums and high-end waterfront bungalows with built-ups of 1,991sq ft and 7,018sq ft onwards respectively.

Prices for these elite homes range from RM2mil to RM15mil. They are part of the five parcels that make up the all-residential and GBI-certified Phase I in The Light Waterfront Penang.

The other components are The Light Linear, The Light Point and The Light Collection I, II & III, which are also completed. Collection IV is set to finish by year-end.

Coming up are entertainment, business, hospitality and commercial components in Phase 2, which will make the 152-acre enclave a vibrant and iconic destination.
