Lone Pine Group of Companies feted owners and residents of its One Tanjong Super Condominium in Penang to a sumptuous Chinese New Year feast.
Staff and subcontractors joined in the get-together near the infinity swimming pool on the facilities floor of the high-rise in Tanjung Bungah.
In his speech, company representative Ooi Sheng Long thanked purchasers, business partners and consultants for their support in making the project a success.
He also conveyed the appreciation from Lone Pine Group managing director Datuk Seri Ooi Boon Seng, general manager Datin Seri Mabel Tay Siew Hwei, management and staff members.
“In the beginning, people doubted whether we could complete this luxury condominium. But with our combined efforts, we built One Tanjong successfully,” Ooi said.
The freehold low-density development is located along the Tanjung Bungah coastline at the site of the former Tanjung Country Club, adjacent to the Penang Swimming Club.
It comprises two 41-storey towers housing 147 units that command stunning views of the sea and hills.
Besides the infinity pool, residents can enjoy an outdoor spa pool, gymnasium, audio-visual room, multi-purpose hall, lounge, tennis court as well as a kids pool and playroom.
Eco-friendly elements were incorporated into the project.
Energy-saving lighting is used in common areas and heat-efficient glass for windows.

One Tanjong’s Tower B was completed in 2014 and all the units there have been taken up.
Tower A was finished last year and has limited units left for sale.
