“We created this property fair to make sure it has something for every buyer.
“With the affordable housing units, the fair acts as a one-stop centre because we have representatives from the state government and the banks to show prospective buyers how to apply,” said the fair’s organising secretary Ang Yee Shyuan.
Property buyers who pay deposits for units offered by the fair’s exhibitors, will also automatically join a lucky draw featuring 10 premium home appliances including a Panasonic home theatre system, Diamond Coral Mini water filter, Panasonic air filter, microwave oven, watches and juicer.
State Local Government Committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow opened the fair yesterday with Kwong Wah Yit Poh general manager Lee Hin Chan and deputy general manager Lin Seng Huat. - By The Star
