Setting the standard for eco-living

Sunway Grand Sdn Bhd’s Sunway Cassia project in Penang stands a cut above the rest when it comes to facilities.

Sitting on a 23.12-acre freehold land in Batu Maung, the project which consist of three-storey and two-storey terrace homes, comes with fully landscaped gardens with six thematic designs within the entire development.

With a floor area of between 3,028sq ft and 3,770sq ft and a starting price of RM1.2mil, the Cydonia and the Cydonia+ offer 38 and 10 units respectively.

The project under the Phase 3 of Sunway Cassia was launched in August.

Its design allows natural sunlight to all spaces including the family area and staircase.

There is also solar-powered water heaters in all the bathrooms and kitchen, high ceilings at 12ft for the living and dining areas, and two side-by-side parking bays.

Other features consist of single commuted space for living, dining and kitchen and two master suites with their own walk-in wardrobe and balcony.

The two-storey semi-detached homes come with a free car porch for three side-by-side parking bays and an 18ft-wide foldable gate for easy car manoeuvre.

For all bedrooms on the first floor, there are shower screens and solar heaters in the bathrooms.

Apart from this, the project is only 2.5km to Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway, 4km to the second Penang bridge, 5km to the Penang International Airport, 12km to Penang Bridge and 18km to George Town.

The developer will be promoting the project at the Star Property Fair 2015 in Queensbay Mall.
