Inspired by the leaf considered a symbol of good luck around the world, The Clovers in Sungai Ara, Penang, will be a sanctuary imbued with nature’s wonders.
The freehold residential high-rise project by Asia Green Property Development is designed with verdant elements and versatile facilities that create a comfortable and peaceful lifestyle.
It comprises a trio of 42-storey towers housing modern condo units with standard units starting from a compact 728sq ft with two bedrooms, up to a spacious 1,598sq ft with 3+1 bedrooms.
The largest are Duplex penthouses up to 2,907sq ft with five bedrooms.
A key feature is the two private lifts that serve each block, offering residents direct and convenient access to individual units.
The last tower for The Clovers, currently under construction and estimated for completion in mid-2017, will be launched at the upcoming Star Property Fair 2015 from July 9 to 12 at G Hotel and Gurney Plaza.
Asia Green marketing director Tan Li Mei said the development’s concept epitomised the idiom ‘to be in clover’, meaning to live a pleasant and carefree life.
“The development will have manicured landscapes and other green features to facilitate eco-living,” said Tan.
“The highlight of the natural elements that entwine the whole project will be a lush 14,000sq ft Jungle Trek that forges through leafy surroundings atop the podium.
“Every unit of The Clovers is designed to be a classy space for living, entertaining and relaxing, and offers glorious views of the surrounding hills or cityscape.
“All units come with elegant fittings and finishing,” Tan said of the units priced at an average of RM700,000.
Inhabitants will find much joy in the wealth of facilities. They include a floating gym overlooking three large swimming pools and landscaped areas, kids’ play area, basketball court, barbecue pit, as well as dance, game and entertainment rooms.
Nestled in a prime location, The Clovers is close to the Penang International Airport, both Penang bridges, schools, shopping centres, hotels and restaurants.
Another of Asia Green’s classy developments, the QuayWest Residence in Persiaran Bayan Indah near Queensbay Mall, will also have its soft launch during the fair.
The QuayWest Residence features 24- storey towers with units sized from 728sq ft to 2,013sq ft. Layouts vary from a two- bedroom unit to a luxurious duplex with an average price of RM900,000.
Residents will enjoy easy and convenient access to their units via two private lifts.
“Some units feature a unique dual-key concept. It’s like two homes in one. This special design allows owners to use one unit for their own, and the other for elderly parents or relatives. They can even rent it out,” Tan said.
The podium has four acres of facilities including conference, reading, entertainment and dance rooms, multipurpose hall, lounge, gym, leisure and children’s pools, whirlpool and children’s playground.
There are also rooftop gardens with infinity pool and yoga deck where one can take in views of the sea and Pulau Jerejak.
Estimated for completion in early 2019, the freehold development with commercial title enjoys an excellent location between both Penang bridges, and is surrounded by mature districts.
“Units at both projects are reasonably priced,” said Tan, adding that they would be offering special packages that help aspiring home owners realise their dreams.
Purchasers during the fair will get the chance to redeem a guaranteed discount voucher of RM10,000 and also pick a multiplier scratch card which can boost the discount up to five times.
