Also upcoming in Bayan Lepas is the SummerSkye Residences. Set on a 6.62 (2.6ha)-acre plot, it will have 507 units at 1,100sq ft and 1,200sq ft, with some having a dual-keys concept.
It is expected to have a similarly impressive range of facilities.
Accompanying the units are 78 commercial lots with built-up areas ranging from 1,219sq ft to 2,062sq ft.
The current prices average from RM733 psf.
