The Starhill Luxury Condominium and Residences at Bukit Gambir in Penang offers a perfect blend of serenity and accessibility.
The project sits on 2.2ha of freehold land on Bukit Gambir and is elevated by 20m from the foot of the hill.

Chew said the twin wing 35-storey flagship project with a gross development value (GDV) of RM450mil was 70% sold after its launch last year.
“About 20% of the buyers are from Alor Setar,” he said.
With Starhill offering full-fledged luxury facilities, Chew said most people were buying Starhill units to stay rather than for investment.
“It’s must-have property for many. Not every property has a view of both the Penang bridges,” he said.
“The project is a stand-alone entity with no other commercial or residential units nearby to create a sense of being on an island of its own.”
Chew said the property would definitely appreciate and the company was expecting the units to have a market value between RM800,000 and RM2.2mil when completed.
The project also offers 22 luxury bungalows measuring 4,158sq ft onwards and priced at RM2.9mil. Twenty percent of them have already been sold.
Aromas’s other property is the Starhill Garden Condominium in Jalan Baru, Prai marketed by Henry Butcher Malaysia and set for completion in 2019.
The project, with a GDV of RM80mil, is a mixed development of commercial and residential units with a built-up area ranging from 1,378sq ft.
It sits on a freehold plot of 1.21ha and residents will also pampered with an array of facilities.
They include landscaped and rooftop gardens, jogging track, tai chi and yoga corner, BBQ area, children’s playground, reflexology path and multipurpose hall.
The Starhill Garden Condominium is just minutes away from the Penang Bridge, North-South Highway, Sunway Carnival Mall, Perda City Mall, Auto-City and Jit Sin High School.
