Asia Green Property Development’s latest offering, The Clovers in Sungai Ara, Penang, will feature design elements that facilitate wholesome lifestyles and reconnect residents with the wonders of nature.
The freehold condominium project, which recently commenced construction, is scheduled for completion by early 2017. It will be featured in the upcoming Star Property Fair in Queensbay Mall from Thursday to Sunday.
It comprises three 42-storey towers housing 892 units priced at RM450 psf onwards.
Typical units are sized from 776sq ft to 1,633sq ft, while the 24 luxurious pent-houses range from 1,875sq ft to 2,907sq ft.
Company creative director Tan Li Mei likened the development’s concept to the idiom, ‘to be in clover’, which has one living a pleasant and carefree life of ease, comfort and prosperity.
“Like our previous projects that uphold a philosophy true to our name, The Clovers will have manicured landscapes and green wall features that celebrate nature,” she said of the development, strategically located minutes away from the Penang International Air-port.
“The buildings’ design is inspired by the elegant form of clover leaves, which many cultures the world over, consider a symbol of good luck.
“Inside, the units’ well-planned layouts maximise sea, mountain or pool views, and also encourage cross ventilation through all rooms.
“Each home is served by two private lifts, offering residents direct and convenient access.”
Tan said security was assured with a CCTV monitoring system and card-only access, while residents could also luxuriate in various amenities that included three swimming pools (leisure, Olympic lap and children’s pool), a Jacuzzi and large rooftop garden.
One can also stroll through forest tracks, or work out a sweat in the well-equipped gymnasium.
A kids’ play area, a basketball court and barbeque pit, along with dance, game and entertainment rooms, complete the line-up of facilities.
Asia Green would also be featuring QuayWest Residence, a freehold water-front development located along Persiaran Bayan Indah near Queensbay Mall, during the fair.
Conveniently nestled between both Penang bridges, it has two 24-storey blocks with units ranging from 1,246sq ft onwards, up to 1,892sq ft for the bungalow-like duplex.
They are priced between RM680 and RM760 psf.
Set for completion by the end of 2017, it similarly boasts two private lifts that offer direct access to units, whose innovative interior layouts give homeowners the feeling of living on landed property.
“Some units will feature a unique, dual-key concept, which is essentially two houses in one. Owners can use one for their own stay, and rent out the other.
“Families may also choose to let their elderly parents or relatives stay in the adjoining unit.
“This keeps them close, but affords both parties privacy,” Tan pointed out.
She added that both The Clovers and QuayWest Residence, being located in booming areas with many new developments, ensure good accessibility.
“And to top it off, both are reasonably priced in the current property market.”
